Got the same letter except with different phone numbers and reference numbers.

For anyone recieving this check in the future, The check you recieve is voided. It's very hard to see but look very closely at the background.
Haven't gotten to the bottom of this yet, but I'd be carefull.

gotta be a scam the routing number on the check is in the middle of the check instead of the left side - the routing number is for a bank in pennsylvania -

No call but I received a check in the mail that appeared very real. The bogges check is for $3860.95.  The letter says: RE: LOTTERY CLAIM FINAL NOTIFICATION  This is inform you of the release of the Inter-Lotto Company held on the 20th of September 2007. Your name attached to the Sweepstake no. 643-1223-907 with Serial no. 4557-21 drew the lucky numbers of 33-74-13-41-99-18, which consequently won the sweepstakes in the 4th category.

Your total Winnings is $288,000.00 US (Two Hundre Sevety Five Thousand), credited to file with Ref#JP/74/73/44. This is from a total cash price of $1,650,000.00 US (One Million and foun Hundre and Forty Thousand) shared among five international winners in this category.

Note: All successful winners must make thier claims no later than December 21,2007. Any unclaimed funds will be deembed null and void. To facilitate prompt assistance please remember to state your Reference and Batch numbers in all correspondence with our office.
