Have yet to find one person who is satisfied with Dr. Green.

Their service is terrible. They focused mainly on front lawn but did a lousy job in back lawn. Keep calling and ask for payment for servicr which never been performed.

Basically the same issues as above in the Calary area as well. They are a scam. Attempting to bill me for services I never asked for or authorized, but what a surprise when they show up anyway, burnt up my lawn with too much fettilizer. All this after I said no. Keep calling, you won't get an effen dime!

I agree with you. I am completely dissatisfied. This is a collection person from Dr. Green her name "Julie". Foolish part is that she keep telling us that she is from Ontario, she is in Calgary. One continuous lie after another. There accounting department has not returned my calls, and they keep hassling a valuable customer. At our next block party I will relate this experience if it persist. They have been hassling my family for 5 month and they have not even completed their part of a contract that we paid for. In a world where customer service is essential for repeat business. They could have easily had as paying customer for a decade at $200-300 a year. What are they thinking!!!! We thought that hiring Dr. Green would reduce my weekend stress to maintain a yard, instead this has been an egregious mistake on both part; us trusting they would follow through on a contract and their for not following a contract.

I called the 800 number for Dr. Green, 3 times to have my number removed.  I used them last year was completely dis-satisfied. They keep calling !!!! I have been on vacation and they called me at 3 AM in Italy 5 times during my 3 week stay.  Idiots!!!

It's Dr. Green (Lawn & Garden Care) in Calgary. They use multiple different phone #'s as well.

i got phone call from 403-444-3033. she was asking for me  then how is this,she sys i will phone bake.

Dr. Green company did a door to door blitz in our subdivision,  my wife said no and turned them away only to find out that the company started to mail our house bills.  When phoned the company sais that we had agreed (even though we didnt agree and they had no record of an agreement.  My wife kept a copy of the form that the salesmen had given her that day, she had declined and was not interested in the services) and that the first few payments were due.  The worse part was besides the harassment of the company that no lawn care company ever did any type treatments for our lawn and nothing was agreed.  After talking to the managers in the Calgary area office our file was sent to the Country headquarters in Toronto which finally gots things resolved after a pain staking 4 months of harassment and headache.  They finally agree that they were in the wrong and that no balance was owing or had ever been owing and that they would take us out of there file and system.  My wife and I were happy that this was the case only to find out that they had lied and starting 6 months after everything was sapossed to be done that they starte to phone from multiple of the numbers listed above and that they had never taken our phone number out of there system which had been agreed upon and they still call ever 6 months to harass us and ask if we would like service.  My wife and I only hope that this company did not scam or mistreat other people but have a feeling that it probably did and that most people paid the company to stop the harassment.

I called back and selected sales option in order to get answered by a human.
The guy answered the phone told me that the company name is Dr. Green.
I asked him please stop calling me, he asked me my number and name and how long I have my number. Then he said the reason they are calling my number is that the previous holder owes them money. After I explained that I was not the person. Then this is what he said: "If you are not the person, then don't worry about it. But we'll keep calling the number." What an assh01E!!!
Not only that, they start to use more different numbers to call me everyday. The lucky thing is that my cell phone has a nice reject list function. The number on the reject list will not ring but just display as missing call instead. When I get a strange number, I just put it on my reject list.

I answer the call, she says hello, then will not talk to me.  Eventually she just hangs up.  Why call if you will not talk to me?  I don't get it

This number called my house and hung up!  I tried it back, and it says its no longer in service!!  Whats going on?
