Used to get this call all the time, several times a day - that was months ago!  Now it's started back up again!  I had blocked the number, but erased all the blocked numbers as it was 'full' on our phone.  Called our fax line, so no way of picking this one up!  Dialled them back, music on hold, msg about "Canada Christian College" and looking for donations.  No msg system to leave msg on for them.  Will block again & report!

Insistant & annoying caller. Recv'd 3 calls this evening from same number. They never give up!!!!!!
You would think they would get the hint as I have this number on call block!!!!!!!

Total scam. They called us and asked for my husband by name. When I asked who was calling, he said, "A charity." When I asked which one, he said "Uh, the National Don't Do Drugs Foundation?" Since it sounded too ridiculous to be true, I passed the phone to my husband thinking it was a friend playing a joke. They asked my husband for a donation of either $100 or $200; I convinced him to hang up.

Called left no name or number.

This # calls 2 times a day and leaves no message.

Amen to that!!! ha ha ha.....

Got a call from this number today. When I answered a woman just kept repeating hello and then hung up.

Man called from this number twice to-day.  He's looking for $1.00 a day to feed children.  He didn't  know the name of the charity.

Answered this call today-it was from a very insistant telemarketer for a charity, claiming he was campaigning for Breakfast for Children Charity.

Dear God, if you're trying to get through to me through a telemarketer, try another method, this one won't work.

I answered the call and it was a request for $365 for the no child goes to school hungry. When I told her that I already donated at our local store she tried to get me to sign up for a month. I said that I couldnt and that I had to get ready for work and she hung up on me. Some charity.

I just called the Do Not Call complaint line  at 1-888-382-1222 about this number.  A bit time consuming as it is all automated. But hopefully we will not hear from this 403 number again!

2nd call from this number, today I answered it...Alberta Children's Protection and....I forgot the rest or their name. They claim to provide food for underprivileged kids for only $1 a day...and want you to sponsor 1 kid for a year for $350!! They asked for me by my last name...when I asked where they got my info I was transferred to a Supervisor...however she told me she did not know either but rather it is likely from 1 big phonebook? WTF is FOIP for then??? And the DNC list??? Told them to remove me from their List

This # called me and didn't say anything. I could hear an office type setting in the back ground. When I try call back there is nothing but static.

I just called them back and got a message stating it was the Christian College Charity fund... but no way to remove my phone number... grr.

I've also recd. so many calls from this number but no one talk and just hang up call. I want to remove my phone from their list, let me know if somebody knows..Thanks...

I keep getting calls from this number but no one is on the line when I pick up!! They call 2-3 times a day. How do I get them to stop??

this number called and when I answered there was no one on the other end ... after a few second they hanged up - there was no noise or anything at the other end, I could not hear anything.

Called several times over the last few days. Doesn't leave message.

They call on occasion 3 -4 times a day. As late as 0900 PM.  Tried calling back the next day to warn them. Busy signal. Stop calling us. Get a life.

Just received yet another call from this number - this is probably the 10th  time or so.  They asked for someone else in my home who was not home and has told us to tell them to bugger off. I relayed the message to remove the number from their list and they said we can't do that until we talk to her in person - so we will just keep calling until we get a hold of her.  They said that the charity was the Children's Emergency Relief something or rather.

Showing on my call display at 9:45am and left no message when I ignored it.

At 7:02pm March 29 2010 I recieved a call with an Alberta area code. The man Identifies himself as Childrens Emergency Fund and went on to ask for me by name. He went on that a number of `Very Large`donations were made although he was not at liberty to say who and that for the sum of $350 dollars would feed a child a snack every day and keep these children alert and well behaved. This gentleman also said that the donations would help school children in Saskatchewan. Thinking that this is a little too smooth and remembering that the area code was a southern Alberta code I let him continue with the pitch. I told him that if I choose to donate I would do so in the community that I live in and not to a charity that I have never heard of. He became beligerant and said that he has heard that all too many times. I enjoyed having him go from smooth opperator to a raving nut job in less than 10 seconds. I asked him how much was going to given to the children and how much was going to be given to the administrating staff at the collage....He hung up.

How stupid  is that....Calling from an Alberta area code to Saskatchewan.  They could at least be consistent and use the same story.  Thanks for the clue!  You idiots!!!  Hate to tell you but people in Saskatchewan arent stupid.
