Strongly suspect it is a spoofed #, i.e., it "tricks" your caller ID into showing a different number than the one they are calling from - that is NOT the # that is calling you. It is used by debt collection agencies when you won't answer their 800 numbers. They usually call once, hang up and call again. Other spoofed #'s include: 403-487-3829 and 561-777-7999.

Was phone call left for changing the phone connection from telus to another gin=ving me the cheapest package..thinki8ng might be a scam and number showing nt in use...
