Guys, a quick advice.
If you are going to order anything online, go to MoneyMart (or similar check cashing places) and get a Pre-Paid credit/payment card (normally branded as MasterCard).
they can be used to purchase anything on the web, but since you need to deposit money on them the balance is always at zero until you add the amount you want.
they ARE NOT credit cards per say and don't offer any kind of credit, so no one can pass unauthorized purchases on them.

if you do get one, don't leave any unused $$$$ on it, the monthly fees are quite high, but only apply if money is available (so if you leave no extra on it there will be NO monthly fee)

I've been using one for over 5 years and (except for car rentals) they work everywhere.

I got ripped off by Clarify Healthy too. My credit card company keeps telling me I cannot cancel my card as long as I am in dispute with Clarify!!!!! Can anyone give me insight on a way around that stupid rule??
I just got hit for 83.95 over the weekend by some company named PerfectAccess and I have no idea who or what they are!! We stopped using our credit card when we went into dispute with Clarify, so I'm worried that this PerfectAccess company is just another part of the Clarify scam.
I just want to cancel my credit card!

I too purchased a product called colon cleanse from a site advertised on Facebook. Bad mistake. Now I am having every man and their dog taking money from my account. Have never even heard of delivery star before. Also look out for homehealthstore, qualityhealth, weightsecrets, quicksolutionorder, clarifyhealthy and mxtsupplement. These are the people that are now deducting from my account. So far, I have lost nearly $1000.00 aus in just 2 months. The fraud department at my bank are now looking into it.

I also like the rest of you fell for the "free" trial. I agreed to the $5.95 charge for shipping and was told to cancell within 15 days of getting my product. 2 DAYS after my Resveratrol Ultra arrived I was charged $79.95 from our favorite people Delivery Star with the same referenced phone number. I have e-mailed back and forth for OVER 2 months and have not gotten my money back, I finally called my credit card company and am currently filing a dispute and plan on filing with the BBB. Surely they will begin to listen soon enough. I like all of you have learned my lesson that if it sounds to good to be true - it is too good to be true!

Hi Sandra,
I saw this post and I have a charge on my card for $79.95 from quicksolutions.  I just cancelled my card and I'll never order anything else on line unless I know it's a real company.  Even though I know nothing else can be charged to my card, it's an inconvenience because I don't carry money.  I guess "free trials" are not really free....

On June 23, 2009, I ordered a free trial of Colon Cleanse. The agreement was to receive this ?free trial? and I would pay for the shipping charge of $5.95.  I received a confirmation emailed   receipt from the company which stated in relevant part that they had received my order and that the total charges would be $5.95.  There was no indication in this email that I had a limited amount of time to decide if I wanted to pay for the free trial or be enrolled in any type of subscription for the product.

On July 15, 2009, I received an email  from the company that since I had not emailed them that I would like to return the unused portion of the pills at the end of 15 days, they would be billing me $79.95 for the product received.  They would be essentially billing me for the product that was supposed to be a free trial.  Never in any conversation or email was this stipulation made known to me.

On July 27, 2009, I received another email  from the company that my credit card would be charge $85.90 for my subscription.  Please note that each of these emails give different names that I will see on my credit card statement.  Email #1 states that ?Statement on your credit card would appear as DESCRIPTOR: HOMEHEALTHSTORE 902-595-2783 PROCESSOR: PG?.  Email #2 states that ?Statement on your credit card would appear as QUICKSOLUTIONORDER?.  Email #3 states that ?Statement on your credit card would appear as CLARIFYHEALTHY?.   Three different billing names for one product makes be a bit suspicious.

On July 27, 2009, after receiving email #3, I attempted to call the company at their customer support number at the bottom of the email (819) 483-0467 and they had me on hold for about 20 minutes.  I finally called the number again and chose the option to leave a message.  I left a message asking that they return my call immediately regarding PC 153963 and that they were not authorized to charge my credit card.  I never received a phone call back.  A few minutes after leaving that voice mail message, I returned their email  stating, ?Please DO NOT charge my credit card as I have not ordered anything additional.  When and if I want to order more I WILL CONTACT YOU.  Thank you for the free sample.?

At 10:23 that same day, July 27, 2009, I went back and responded to email #2 , stating, ?Do not charge my credit card nor send me any product.  You have not been authorized to do so.  Thank you for your 1 month sample which I have not completed so I do not know if your product works.  When and if I decide to purchase any more I will contact you.  If I need to send you back the remaining portion, I will.  AGAIN, do not charge my credit card.  Thank you.?

I know that the email was received by the company because on Wednesday, July 29, 2009, I received a response from the company.  This was the first time that I was made aware that accepting the free sample obligates me to a subscription if I do not respond within a 14-day trial period.  This had never been stated or in writing given to me before.

There are 3 charges on my bank statement that I am disputing.  On July 6, 2009, the company charged my credit card $79.95 (This charge shows up as QUICKSOLUTIONORDER on 7/8/09 and corresponds to email #2) On July 21, 2009, the company charged my credit card $85.90 (This charge shows up as CLARIFYHEALTHY on 7/23/09 and does not correspond to any email).  On July 28, 2009, the company charged my credit card $85.90 (This charge shows up as MXTSUPPLEMENT on 7/30/09).  This charge may correspond to email #3 however, they said it would show up on my credit card as CLARIFYHEALTHY, but it does not.

On July 30, 2009, I tried calling the number that shows up on my bank statement for the July 30, 2009 transaction (908) 320-4322.  The message that played was ?your account balance is insufficient to place your call to that destination?.  This was repeated over and over again until I hung up.  I called again a few minutes later and this same message was repeated 3 times then the phone just rang and rang and then hung up.

In addition to all of this billing that they have been doing on my account, I have not even received any additional supplements, beside the ?free trial? bottle!!!!

It is obvious that this company is not legitimate in any way!  Don't get had like me!!

This company scammed me out of $455.  If your credit card company suggests contacting Delivery Star to resolve, let them know that the phone number places the caller on hold and then disconnects.  Contact your financial institution or credit card company and report these scammers to the fraud department.  This is really, really bad.

IF everyone posts this on as many sites as possible, and also emails every newspaper/television channel, they will eventually be picked up.

I have called this number for weeks now. All i get is a woman recorded on the message. My Capitol One card was charged $79.95. I realize after purchasing the Green Tea Purity for $5.95 S&H on line this is when this matter occured. I was very upset b/c this had caused my account to be overdrawn and was charged for over the limit.

The first time I called them, I cancelled and was supposed to get 50% off, which wasn't true at all. The woman said that my account was cancelled and would send me an email, which never happened. They took 79.95 the first time and 10 days later took another 79.95. I have spent over 2 hours on Hold over a period of 3 days. What I had to do was to put a Block on my account for 6 months so they couldn't get any more money. I originally ordered the Green Tea Purity for 5.95 S&H, and after 10 days they charged my card.

These scammers are really unbelievable.  Deliverystar took 79 dollars from my account without my even knowing it.

They are being passed your details from other scammers who are selling grean tea "free samples" and then they sign you up without even asking you passing around  your credit card details.

Once they have your details its impossible to get rid of them because they don't cancel. I changed my card in the end after having them take money from me twice and emailing back and forth and them saying its cancelled and taking another payment the next day!!! Why are these scammers being allowed to take money out of our cards!!

Same HOMEHEALTHSTORE 902-595-2783 reference appeared in my Credit Card with an unauthorised US$79.95 charge a few days after I ordered and paid US$19.95 for Acai Ultimate berry container.  Had to cancel my CC yet again. Can't trust online purchasing anymore.

I checked my bank balance this morning and discovered that 'DELIVERYSTAR 4036213716' has taken $50.00 from my account! I immediately called my bank and ordered them to investigate. The $50 was refunded to me instantly. However, they removed another $50.00 an hour ago and I just got off the phone to the bank and the account is now closed down.

I have no recollection of a 'DELIVERYSTAR' and It baffles me how these scammers took money from my account without me even knowing. Who are they?

BEWARE!!! i ordered from these people, the phone number does not exist.
if you have bought and paid for goods with your credit card, phone your credit company to either cancel or put a hold on your account as they should have only taken money out on a one off payment but have taken money out again from my account.
