Same thing here.  Called business cell # - left message about lite 94.8 radio.  Second spam all today.  Somebody has added the number to a spam list.

22Mar2012 - received call from this # at my office.  No person, but could hear a faint clicking. Said Hello a couple of times then hung up.

2012: Called my cell to flog some airtime on the local radio station.
I could hear the 'call center' in the background,
they probably push other crap too
- at least there was a person there... a lady... that I hung up on...
