got the same number call me this morning, but I was in a meeting and could no answer.  glad I couldn't now, as this seems suspicious to me.

someone tried calling me from this number, I didn't recognise it, and they were asking if it was me (by name) they were talking to, I told them I didn't know the number calling, and when I tried calling them back, it was an outgoing number only
