I got a call from a MR Davis from mauconduit & luna.  He said I had a payday loan from aug 2010.  I did not and he said i had to pay him 740 today or the police were on their way to get me.  I called my police dept and they said NO they were not.  They also told me I had a felony charge against me.  Called my 80yr father in another state and told him I daughter was going to jail unless he had me call them.  So I did and this company is a scam.  they have 10+ phone numbers.  I checked all of them and they are all from different phone carriers and some skye lines.  Also I called the business licence dept of atlanta and they do not have a business license or do not have a licence for debt collecting.  If you have any information on this company, please report it to this link.

I am trying to get the Secret Service/FBI and Attorney Generals offices in multiple states involved in this so no one else has to be harrased.  DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY!!!.  THEY ARE ALSO ASSOCIATED WITH BAHAMA MARKETING GROUP AKA BMG.  PLEASE HELP US GET FRAUD PUT WHERE FRAUD NEEDS TO BE PUT!

This Ms. Williams from this MCA Corp. is harrassing me at my job. I have told her to stop calling me at work several managers at my work have told her to stop calling me there. I have asked for a mailing address and physical address for them so that I can send them a letter to stop harrassing my at my job and was hung up on. They tell people they talk to that they have 3 legal matters with me. I have called them and ask them to send me the so called legal matter info in the mail an given them my address. I have received absolutely nothing from them!!! I am going tomorrow per a manager at my job to file a complaint with the better business bureau as well as go to the police to find out what else I can do.

This "Ms. Williams" called again this morning.  She tried to tell me my son's loan was from our local bank in where he got the loan from an on line service the bank provides.  ??  I would say if a scam is being run, they might want to get their facts straight.  First of all, the "bank" she mentioned is not a bank but a credit union and secondly, said credit union does not give loans over the Internet.  If you get calls from this company, hang up and DO NOT give out any information.  I believe it's a scam.

I had the very same call today from Ms. Williams at that number asking about an application my son was involved in.  Thanks for the heads up everyone!

The calls are coming from this company.  They can be very rude and threatening.  I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the Georgia State Attorney General's Office.  A Ms. Gowen called twice looking for a relative who has never lived with me.  I called back and she hung up on me 3 times and threatened to file harassment charges against me.  I reported them to the BBB and Attorney General, then a Ms. Williams called.  I called her back and she was actually nice and said the calls would stop.  I wouldn't count on her being that nice if I hadn't reported them.

I received a message that a Ms Williams called from this number regarding a legal matter.  Would not leave a company name or an account number just said it was regarding a legal matter.  The phone number is listed to a Melissa Blunt in Atlanta Georgia.  I will be contacting the authorities and my attorney if she calls again. When I attempted to call this number back I got a voice mail. This is bogus because she just called.

They left a message for me with someone else and would not say anything except that it was a legal matter a name of Ms Williams and the phone number.  This number goes straight into a voice mail.  I noticed the name Melissa Blunt comes up with this number.  Call again to the number you called I will be in touch with the cops and my lawyer.

Got a message left stating they were looking for a friend for a pending lawsuit against them. My name was a reference on the application. No other information left.
