I received a  called from an investigator Mrs. Jackson stating I owe a payday loan with BMG and they were going to court on it today and I need to send them 7000 dollars by 11:40 am this was at approx 11:25am I advised that I had filed anything I owe on bankruptcy and to followup with my attorney. a Mr. Jackson stating he was a mediator called me back at work and told me I was going to be arrest and my drivers license will be revoked thru the department of transportation. He asked me to send in a copy of my bankruptcy by fax I advised him that I would have my attorney send it to him. He went flat off on me telling me that he was trying to help a sister like me. and he been doing this job for years. I advised him that maybe he should get a new job that's real.

This "investigator" Mr Jackson called me to inform me that I had a payday loan in his office. I asked for "verification of debt letter" and he stated that he could not send that. He also stated that he would have the sheriff come to my house, he would also make sure that my drivers license was affected. I calmly explained that if I truly owed the debt, I would gladly pay it. He again stated that I owe it and that arrangements needed to be set right away as the "judge is in the office today and would sign off on it if I made arrangements." Now, I don't know any judges that are sitting in a telemarketers office or a debt collectors office anywhere in this country. I may be wrong, but I don't think so.  The biggest tip off that this was a scam, was the fact that he said the name of the company was MLA CORP. When I spoke to the "chief investigator" and asked the name of the company, she said it was MLS CORP. I think if you are going to run a scam, the least you could do is make sure everyone is on the same page to tell the same lies.
I have reported this man, and his "chief mediation investigator" to the attorney general. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!!!

this man called my job I hung up on him. He called back to my job I told my job that if he calls back tAT I WOULD REPORT HIM TO THE AUTHORITIES. I TOLD THE MAN THAT THIS WAS A SCAM AND NOT TO CALL ANYMORE.

Very arrogant caller named Luma Mauconduit saying he is a mediator for a bank from which our daughter received money by an online loan transaction that was not repaid. He has our phone #s listed on the papers as well as the names of our daughter's ex-inlaws of more than 10 years ago.  He says the bank claim started 2010.  Would not provide any info as to the transaction and demanded I listen to his pitch.  When I refused and asked what bank is involved he became threatening and downright obnoxious! I refused to listen but he would not stop talking, in fact, he started shouting over my words to him.  I accused him of pulling a scam and hung up. I immediately blocked his number thanks to my Panasonic phone, and received 2 calls in succession that were blocked.

The address that I recieved the paday loan I have not lived there since 2000, false information right there. I asked that he send me something in the mail and he refused stating he had no such documentation. He threatened that I would be arrested but I know this is a civil matter not criminal. I asked that he not call my job and he went ballistic, saying I will call your job everyday and hung up on me. He called right back asking for Human Resources and a co-worker asked what company was he calling from and she never got a clear answer. The phone number is to a residence. I would be a fool if I paid this guy $1700 with only his word that I owe him this. Craziness! 404-228-6402
