this number keep calling me!

Set up payments on a debt and said they wouldn't charge fee if I set up recurring payment.  Twice they charged and extra 7.95 and when I called to complain, they said they didn't have it listed on their notes.  I asked for a letter w/ balance to be mailed, never received it.  Last payment was this month and they charged more than the balance to my account.  I was stupid to give them my info, and now I have set up a dispute through my bank.  I've called them and left various messages (Ms Kaiser and Investigator Wessin) and my calls don't get returned.  Were very nasty on the phone a few times because I told them they weren't proffesional after they told me they "lost" my account info.  Seriously people? Would call and harrass my mother, who I haven't lived w/ for years until she gave them my cell phone number.  These people need to be stopped.

i have received call from this company and they were very proffessional. was a little hesitant at first because the number did show up private. but this people help me. thanks

I have talked to someone at the Better Business Bureau and they told me to contact the authorities and to let the people know who are calling me that I have contacted the authorities letting them know of their fraudulent company. They do become more angry with each phone call and do sometimes call with a private number

same thing with me....says she is issuing a warrant or sending it the warrant division....she gets more
hyped up every time she calls demanding i call her back. When I do she answers the phone investigations, no company name....when i google the number it shows a residential number in Atlanta with several people listed for the number....I think we should report this to the attorney general in Atlanta but not sure if that is the right person to report it to. She calls me at least 5 times a day showing unknow or 404-228-8463....

I have a mr. Smith calling from 678-732-9959 from "investigations" I agree someone
needs to deal with these people, they are threatening and never identify what company
they are from.....not sure who to call to make the authorities aware of this...any ideas?

same with me although I have a Lolitta walker calling and a Ms. Kaiser calling both saying they are with investigations they are also calling from a 6787329959 which is a residential number in Atlanta Georgia I have been investigating this matter these people need to be turned into someone either the authorities or the better business bureau who could take the matters further
