Yep, got a very similar text message on my phone, but I have no idea where they got it from since that info isn't published anywhere that I know on the web.  Very creepy.

I'm sure my number was placed on a list or whatever from a dating site zoosk.com. A girl gave me her number on the site, I text her and she never text back. A couple of days later her profile had her living in a completely new state.
