Calls and hangs on just long enough for my machine to come on....all the time!!!!!  Waste of my time and you are a waste of space scammer!!

Just another darn telemarketer that made me run for the phone from outdoors!  Pant...pant...  How in the deuce does one get rid of these parasites?

Wants to talk to the business owner.  When asked what it's about, kept repeating business owner.  Scam written all over

Nobody on the line.  So sick of this type of call.

Got a call from this number and did not recognize it on call display.  Didn't bother answering, but Google provided enough info to confirm my suspicions of robocallers.  If the caller is legit and needs to speak with "the manager" they can always leave a message, but never do.

Second time I've gotten this call - it's so much fun! Props to having a response to the question "are you a robot". I like chatting with David the robot. Sometimes he laughs innappropriately when he doesn't understand, just like regular humans. He offered me a discount on my merchant payment services, and then said "is that ok?", at which point I hung up, lest I be bound to a verbal agreement with a recording :)

Nothing but dead air when I picked up the phone.  If some one does not speak right away, even after me saying, "hello" as second time, they get put on hold.  We have multiple lines at our business so it doesn't affect us.  The call was on hold for about 20 - 25 seconds before it was disconnected.  Even if I did manage to speak to some one, it looks as though I would not have been able to get any where ... aka ... please remove our number.

Just another waste of time!  Calling me in Canada....from Georgia....you know it's sales or scams...don't bother, I'm not interested.

I answered the phone with our company introduction.  Male asked to speak with the owner. I advised him the owner was out on a job.  Caller just hung up.

Received a call asking to speak to "the business owner". Pleasant-sounding male voice. I said I would check to see if the owner was in the office; asked the caller's name and was told, "This is David Lature @ Discount Processing, Toronto." I put the call on "hold" for about a minute. When I came back to the call, I said the owner was over in the shop and asked if I could have him return the call. "David" said, "No. Thank you very much" and hung up. The number that showed on my phone didn't look like any Toronto phone number I've ever seen. And it did sound as though it was an automated caller of some sort with pauses that were just a tad too long and a voice that sounded too perfectly modulated.

Just got a call from this number wanting to speak to the business owner. I asked who it was he answered David. I want to speak to the business owner.
Are you the business owner? I said what does it concern please and he said can you please put the business owner on the phone? I then figured out it was a dialed. Cold calls and hung up.

ditto. real sounding BS call of some sort. I called back and got " Hi this is David LaTour. How are you today."
Pain in the a** spammer of some sort.

Got a call from David Lufluer looking for the business owner. Haven't they figured out that if you don't know who you are calling you're NOT going to get put through, or if we have a receptionist stupid enough to put them through to the owner that he/she/it is going to be looking for a new job real fast?

This sounded like a human all right, so sucker me transferred "him" to the business owner, who realized it was a pointless robocall. Next time (and there's always a next time) I'm gonna have fun with this. Probably tell him about my explosive diarrhea or something...

It is a search engine optimization service, robocalling any numbers that might be business-owned.  A previous message from the same number advised that Google needed me to update my business info; the call display actually read "Google" too.

They just called me at the company I work for. This isn't the first time I've gotten these calls. It's just an automated machine and they want to know about the interest rates you pay on corporate credit cards. If you play along and say Yes to all of the questions you get brought into a call center. (This is if you can handle all of the How are you EH's. As if... Im assuming its an American company, because they seem to be ignorant as to how Canadians actually talk!) I asked them to remove our company number from their dialler and to put us on the "Do Not Call List" and they hung up on me. I had to go through this process 4 times and every time I asked I was hung up on basically before the words even left my mouth. However, the 4th time I called I got put through to a "Steven Anderson" who is apparently the "VP of Sales". His voice sounded a little more normal but still sounded like a robot. So I started asking him stupid questions, like how his last name was spelled, and he spelled it. Then I asked him his middle name, and he told me. And I asked how tall he was and he laughed and said 6'2 and 230lbs and then asked if I wanted to know his shoe size too. The whole time a fake sounding phone was ringing the background so its hard to say if this was even legit. After our awesome conversation, he transferred me to a voice mail machine with another robot voice for some other made up name... You basically get no where! Real stupid!

Just received a call from this number, robotic male voice, that said " Hello, how are you today?" I said "Good, how are you?" he replied with "Are you the business owner?" I said "no" and it hung up on me.  These calls are soo annoying!!

Person asked "Is this the Business Owner"?  We hung up - after all if he didn't know who he was calling - just why was he calling?  Obviously not a call for any valid reason...

Just got this call "Hi, how are you eh?" i hung up. No one in canada talks like that!!!

This is definitely not a real person- it's a recording.  What their phone system does is based on what you say.  If you say YES to Are you the business owner? you get transferred to a real person- by the way- the recorded person does not really care how you are :)

If you continue and answer the questions it forwards you to a office and you talk to a real person. I LOVE these ones now i have there number and ext numbers and will spam them for the next month WHEW!!!

Some AI sounding male person was asking for the business owner. I just hung up it seemed like a fishing call. So I called back and David introduced himself and asked how I was today.

Pretty much the same experience as "Reception" He said: "Hello, Can I speak to the business owner?" I replied with, "May I ask what this is about?" He did said "Are you the business owner?" However, when I replied with "No, may I ask what this is about"(again) and he said angrily, "this is only for the business owner". I just replied "well, then I guess you don't really want to speak to him." and he hung up.

Got a call from this number at the office and He said: "Hello, Can I speak to the business owner?" I replied with, "May I ask what this is about?" He did said "Are you the business owner?" I replied with "No" and he said angrily, "I NEED to speak to the business OWNER". I just replied with an assertive "NOT until you tell me what this is regarding!" He just hung up.... crazy old man...

Got a call at work from this number just now and in a robo voice asked "how I was doing" and I said "good" and he said "sorry to hear that, maybe I can make your day better" then the dialtone...wow these people are too much....

yeah i got the same call. thought i was talking to some kind AI computer software. was funny thou

We received a call from this number at a Canadian university.  A very robotic male voice said "Hello..pause..., How are you today?"  I said "fine". Another pause...."Can I speak to the business owner?".  I told him there is no business owner, that this is a university.  He said, "Oh,sorry" and hung up.  Obviously a sales call.  And, like the other posters on here, I wasn't sure at first if he was a real person or a robocaller.  Lots of pauses between sentences.

We also got a call from this number. It was a strange number, considering we are up in Canada.
It was actually at my workplace, but the questions didn't make sense.
I get a lot of weird calls, so I wasn't sure if it was a robot at first and didn't want to hang up on a real person if they were actually calling for a legit reason.

The robot introduced himself as John and asked if he could speak to the business owner. I asked if he meant our Executive Director. He asked me if I was still there. I asked him if he was a robot. He said "Oh, I am a real person." in a very weird way, so I hung up.

This is a new one. Annoying voice on the other side starts with "How are you doing today?" or something like that, pauses 2 seconds to let you say something, says "Oh, are you there?", pauses again, "Hello is this this the business owner?". I waited silently and it hung up.

Just another robocaller, I'm sure I'll get a followup shortly.
