i receive a letter from the attorney reprecenting the company, question ?  Can i be responsible for legal fees?

Wao, i came here to provide apositive feetback and i see we have unhappy people here trying to destroy  companys not to pay bills. Tell me ,debtor, are you feeling better providing negative feetback to companys ? some one that do that gat to be sick! real sick. This is why no one follow this cause this site its only for nasty debtor trying to provide negative feetbabk to avoid a bill and that is sick. They are rated "4 star" by trustlink.org, but a review of the reviews shows a disquieting pattern of long, detailed negative  reviews along with numerous, vague and very short "they're great" 5 star reviews.   Anyone familiar with the characteristics of shill posts knows what that means.

As a last aside, I have to wonder about some of these posts in regards to syntax and grammar.   This is supposed to be a law firm, yet they write like third graders.      Language to a lawyer is like a scalpel to a surgeon.   Writing skill reflects directly on their skill and ability as professionals.   Even if "Johnathan" and his pals aren't the actual lawyers themselves, any law firm that would allow such a grammatical atrocity loose on the Internet attached to their name--or phone number--needs to be looked at with a skeptical eye.  Just my opinion, but if you need credit counseling, you might be better off not calling 800-530-OVLG.

Most of the Attorney are willing to work something out before sue, the problem that we have its that there is many people that are not willing to pay on money they legaly own and they try to fine anything they can to avoid payments. I am happy this is over for you!!!

Mary, The attorney its correct ! My recomandation its to call them and explaine you need a payment agreement most of the bank and collection agencys are willing to work something out before sue. Ones the attorney fill out an Abstract of Judgment form and take it to the clerk?s office. After the clerk stamps it, record it at the County Recorder?s Office in the county where the property is located also following you status of limitation they can go after you business if you have one.

i also receive a letter from this company then 3 month latter i also receive another one from there attorney requesting full payment on a kinecta account that was charge off in 2008. I call my attorney that said If the Judgment owns real estate, they can place a lien on their property and that i  will not be able to sell or refinance that property without paying you first. I dont know what to do????

I receive a letter about an account i open in 2008, i call to see if there was a way to make payments to the balance i own.They work with me to pay payments on my account. I was so happy i call the BBB and report to them how happy i was for the help provide to me. Thank you
