I was called for the first time on April 17,2012 fron 404-478-2736 by a woman named Jessica.  She stated I owed alot of money she named Credit One, then she stated no Capital One.  I told her I was to only be contacted by mail, she knew my address since that time I have had 8 more calls.  She stated on the first call I would be served in a lawsuit.

404-478-2706 - My caller ID says "VITELITY, LLC."  ViteLity is a communications company per the internet. I called the number back several times just to annoy them. They answer "Outreach Legal".  They have a way of knowing who you are when you call them.  I recognized the name they mentioned because a college student with that name somehow used my address and phone number and stuck it on their $11,000 college loan they defaulted on.  Months ago I contacted Sallie Mae, Inc, the loan originator, and told them I had no knowledge of the person they were looking for and told them to stop calling me and sending me mail.  They did so. Now I got these heartless collection thugs harassing me. They aren?t going to find the person they are looking for by harassing ME. Look elsewhere!

I got a call from this bootleg company today & the heffa had teh nerve to ask me for my work address to serve me legal papers. If you know so much about me why dont you have ready have it? I told her to follow proper protocal and go through the court system & she hung up in my face. I just found James O. Anyakora on facebook and linkedin. I'm going to see how he likes to be harrassed. Hollander Chase & Associates...registered agent James O. Anyakora...LLC created 7/22/2010. Other phone numbers 800-344-3615, 770-952-6055. There does not seem to be an attorney affiliated to them. Remember, these people cannot threaten to serve you if there is no lawsuit filed against you & you can't be arrested. Call them out on their lies and complain to the state attorney general & every other state agency that you can! Fight these scammers back all the way until they are driven back into the ratholes they crawled out of!

A total scam, I had a call from the same number, it's located in Cummings, Ga.
My call was from a Chris White, the exact same phone number, message etal., and the phone comes back to Hollander Chase and Associates, scam incorporated...so relax don't be buffaloed by these morons. My stuff is in legal hands, I'd advise you contact some of the people I have and file a complaint.

Latoya Cassidy from Colin and Swartz said she left a couple messages (this was the first message I ever received) and since she hadn't heard from me, she must proceed with submitting the summons to the courthouse in Jamestown of my county (whatever that means) by 5pm.  She even gave a reference number, 004737-2 and a call back number of 678-341-5585, ext. 304. She never said who she was leaving the message for but it sounded like it was for a woman. No woman residing at this residence.

Thanks, but this has also been done with Michigan and  Georgia Consumer's Affairs Offices,and the FTC with two different activity reports there so far, ther are case and docket numbers already assigned to each complaint, that's all in my file of notes in a book (5) pages long thus far. My attorney will get this record if the garbage continues......Atlanta BBB has (3) filings from me thus far.
Everyone affected should swamp the above agencies with complaints and bury the morons at Hollander Chase once and for all. According to my attorney, they are slippery and slip from one location to another, and can't be pinned down, They seem to be operating under at least (3) different names, Hollander Chase, Hollingsworth and Cowen Schwartz, thus far.
They've got to get these goons stopped.

okay so i was awaken to a phone call saying that i owe  a large amt of money and i could be facing a felony... i asked agent whomever...how would i take care of it but he never answered my question he went all around the question... so then he started quoting court fee's and the total amt... im like only a judge can determine it. so then he started asking personal questions like do u have any kids, and how many and are u married and do i plan on settling the debt before court...blah blah.. then he quoted a different amount so thats when i hung up cause it really didnt sound right..lol after reading these messages they really should be shut dwn... anyone received there papers yet?

I have been getting messages from this number and theyhave been leaving messages with some of the people I know. Whois this company and how did they get all tof the inforamtion?!!!!

A man named George called my cousin and left a message with her stating that I had written a bad check.  I haven't written a check in years.  I don't even have a bank account. I tried to call the number and the extension (107) back and got no answer.

A lady named Lousia left a vm saying she was from Hollander Chase and Associates saying that I wrote a bad check, which I haven't, I don't write checks. She called my work number too. I am so sick of these damn scammers, I just recently got these other people to quit calling me from "United nations Legal Department" about some payday loan they said I have. There should be something more we can do besides reporting them to the FTC and atty gen. office. The local police say there is nothing they can do unless I actually payed these people. I want this harassment to stop!
