got a call and all caller id said was Georgia

I recieved a call this morning at 5:30am!! Then again from other numbers: 404-496-4656 & 404-781-0512 I called my phone provider and they said these numbers are from either a cell phone or pre-paid cell phone. So there is no way to get them to stop calling unless you changed your number (which I did) or get a privacy plan. Unfortunatly they're not Telemarketers. Otherwise it'd be much easier to get rid of them.

Received a call at 04:13 A.M. 06 DEC 2008 and they hung up. What degenerates would do this?

Got a call 12:28am, beeped then hung up.

Just got a call at 12:17 am, voicemail picked up and they hung up.

I got a call from this number and when I answer they hang up on me.  They called this morning at 5:30am!!!! and hung up as soon as I answered as well!  Who are these people? I also got a call from 404-496-4656.

got a call at 9:30pm on a Saturday evening and a 11:00 am call the following day, Sunday!  Trying to locate who caller is but no luck in reverser look up without paying!!

Received call at 9:30pm est. Answered the phone and it just beeped so I hung up and grabbed my cellphone blocked my number and called it back. All I got was leave a message for the number 1-404-496-4661. It is ridiculous someone would call at 9:30 at night. My numbers all of them are on the Do not call list which I have had to do.
