Got a call from Ashley at 404-601-7266. She refused to give her company name. After several attempts to get the name of her company, she said that she was going to hang up. So I hung up on her. I then did a *67 on her (*671-404-601-7266), this makes it impossible for them to see the name or number of the person calling them. A girl answered "thank you for calling this is Christina of the US Bank division". It's a scam collection agency. Do not give them your phone number, they should know the number they called. Remember they called you first.

This is just a new number for Regent Asset Management Solutions. They keep calling for someone who is not at my number, and refuse to honor my Do Not Call listing.

I got the random call every days with different number and they left the message looking for some one name to contact them back. I finally not being patient anymore so called this number back and got someone talk to me. The back ground noise sound like a call center or somthing. But anyway, he asked if my name is "XXXX" and i said i have no idea about that hex name...so he deleted my number from his database but did not tell me anything else. I guess this is some kind of Debt collector...

LMAO! These guys are geniuses.
I sued them in July for using an autodialer and prerecprded message  to call my cell phone under the TCPA (47 USC 227 et seq.) As well as under 15 U.S.C. 1692e(a)(11) for failure to disclose in a communication that the call is from a debt collector. Instead of me owing them money, they now owe me about 3,000 dollars.

And it gets better. After the lawsuit was adjudicated, they've called my cell phone 4 more times. That's willful noncompliance, at 1500 per call. I mean really guys, You get sued and lose for calling my cell and you take it as an opportunity to continue to call. Wow. Your legal team must be full of top tier law graduages.

Good luck to anyone dealing with these scumbags. They fold like a bad hand in texas hold 'em if you give them any resistance.

This person keeps calling my phone, and when they leave a message it sounds like its in the middle of the message, they don't say who they are calling for, just they keep threatening me by some bs claim, they call about 7 to 10 times a week, they don't say who they are representing or who they are calling for in the entire message
Just opened my claim against them

I echo the sentiment of the man who sued them..I look forward to them owing me too.  I was also told they cannot contact you via your cell number.  According to my attorney it is illegal to contact you via cell as they are causing you another debt....nice job!

I am constantly getting this message to call by a certain time and if I don't comply they will have to persue (sp) with this matter and something about me ingorning their numerous messages.

I have read all the reply(s) with the different numbers they are calling from and the number they are giving me in the messages.  I am to call a Mr. Strugel.

Do they only have to call the cell phone to file a complaint???

Got a call from these idiots today. They left a message claiming I had failed to return numerous messages and that I had refused to return their call, then threatened to "move forward" with whatever lame threat they were trying to imply. I checked this site and then called to tell them what low life pieces of s*** they are. The call was answered by a poorly spoken male by saying um hello. I confirmed my number and then the fool asked for my Social security number!!!!   Do people really fall for this scam?!?!?  Either way, I'll bet I'm on the top of their in house do not call list now!  LOL

yeah I've been getting calls two or three times a day from these people. They are very vague saying what they want. Something about a file being referred to the office and they are going to make a move forward with or without my input. It seems they never do since they keep calling, sometimes from different numbers. I just called them back and a lady answered saying "Thank you for calling Regent how can I help you?" and I said "I keep getting calls from this number and I want to know what they're about." She goes "Ok I need some information from you. Let's start with your phone number." I said, "If you keep calling me, obviously you already know my phone number." And She goes  "Well, if your going to be snotty with me then you can hang up..." So I did. WTF do they want? It's starting to seriously piss me off.

Debt Collector
This is a company called Asset Regional Management at 404.601.7266 comes up listed as a private number on a verification software and on 411 it comes up unpublished and from Atlanta, GA this is a debt collector that purchases different companies debts and they don't have any proof that you really owe the debt and if you give them your address then you can dispute the debt and make them prove by law that you owe the debt. And in the past I have found that they can't prove it or don't want to go to the trouble of trying to proof it and then it needs to be written off if they have no proof.
They will tell you who what Company originally had the debt in your name and then you will really know if it is valid or not. So go for it and don't let them get away with it !

This number calls me and leaves very vague messages "reguarding an important business matter" and states that they will proceed "with or without my imput". I have recieved calls from it several times, always "expecting" me to return the call and ask for a "Mr." with different last name every time. (This time it was Mr. Freeman.) No business I have ever worked for, with or recieved calls from has ever called and not stated the caller and business's name in the message! From the research I've done I am almost 100% sure it's a scam!

I get calls from this number almost every day. I don't call back any number I don't recognize.  I tell everyone that I personally know  like close friends and family to leave a message and who they are, if they don't; they don't get called back.
No matter who is calling you, you don't have to answer your phone. It is your phone and you pay for it and it is yours and you don't have to answer it if you don't what too. So whoever it is calling from the 1-404-601-7266 number, they can go !#$%@&^ themselves. Thats my opinion.

Keep getting calls from this number saying something about claim information for me. Doesn't say anything else. Sounds like someone is trying to run some sort of scam to me from what I've heard. I tried to call back but the phone number doesn't seem to be real.

Debt Collector
This is a very aggressive and harassing debt collector who may or may not be an attorney.  I cannot find ANY attorney listed by the name of Vincent Signorelli or Signarle on a website that lists attorneys and when I searched the white pages could not find them - interesting that I cannot find an address to write to them.  That really makes you wonder about the integrity about whoever this is that is calling if they don't want to be found.  Any LEGITIMATE law firm would have an address and you WOULD be able to communicate with them.  They think that by harassing and threating people they will get what they want and if they scare them enough they will get what they want.  From what I have read DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOU over the phone.  Anyone know of a website where this can be reported?  Thanks

Debt Collector
Got a call from this number - my husband answered & they said that I had won a prize & needed to confirm that I still lived at this address so that they could send the claim information.  When I *67'd it, I had hold music & a recording that said, "Thanks for holding, an associate will be with you shortly, did you know that you can now manage your account online at www.paymentoffer.com?"  WTF?  This should be illegal - debt collector's posing as the prize patrol!!!! Not that I'd ever fall for that anyway, but that is just deceptive business practice & should be illegal!!!
