Got a call this morning from 916-382-8341. Lady was sitting there telling me how I wrote a check back in 2008 to advance america with an account I haven't had since 2006. I told her I would be willing to look at it if she could send me some paperwork, and that's when she got mean. Wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise, start yelling and giving attitude, and had the nerve to tell ME that this is not my first rodeo since she was looking at my credit report. Well that's nice hunny, I've looked at my credit report too and I don't owe advance america! These people are scum!

I thought it was finally over too like u I got another call after a small space of peace I'm really stressed enought without this crap I really just can't understand why it's allowed to continue I m strongly considering filing a lawsuit

The people have harrassed my husband for awhile now. The man said his name was brian anderson from mediation inc. Well he clamed to be a paralegal and called from 3 diffrent numbers and hung up on us 2 times. Well my husband got talking to him and this man didn't let my husband get a word in. The man was asking why my husband never paid his dept, why he was a horrible person and so on. He had our address, his social, his work info ect. Well we told brian anderson that we will go to the police tommorrow and settle this matter there. He said I got them on speed dial so we can 3 way them. 3 way the cops? Lol well the call gets dropped and he calls back. So me (wife) answers and I say whatever you need to say to my husband you can say to me. He starts going at it. Wouldn't let me get a word in. He stops I say, do you know with someons social you can get all there info? He said that I was retarded. Really a paralegal calls people retarded? Well my husband grabs the phone and flips. The man calls my husband a f****** f**got and stuff and hangs up. This was a 315 353 number. And it was brian anderson. Good luck lol

I began getting calls in december, i thought it was a scam until i was subpoenaed to court for a $1500 loan someone got with my information. I advise you all to listen to what they're saying  b/c someone may have used your info to get one of these loans. Im convinced my ex did this to me but i had no way of proving it so i had to pay it back plus more in civil court. Im pissed. Wish me luck in court

SOOOO, now My Cash Now has been, er, "infiltrated"? I'm finding this quite interesting because in my state most payday loans are illegal now and MCN is one of the sites that does NOT accept applications from my state. Sooo, with that said, how the F@CK do these a-holes have my information? I obviously couldn't even get a loan from MCN even if I had wanted to yet somehow I owe them money?! They have been calling me i returned there call. Said I owed a pay-day loan and I will be issued paperwork for my court date for an unpayed pay day loan. I told them to go ahead ahd issue the paperwork. I am figure I will never see. But how can we stop them from calling? They call 3 to 4 times a day. I believe they say wedgewood mediation. But they say it so fast it is hard to understand

They said hey represented MYCASHNOW and that I owed them for a return check from 2009.She said they had contacted my bank and that i was trying to commit fraud and that she had my IP address.That I was going to be arrested.

Got sick of them calling so I called back. Claiming I owe $550 from www.mycashnow.com dating back from the 2010. Funny, never even heard of the website. They told me that they were going to schedule a hearing, I informed them to contact my lawyer. Complete scam.

Freaking indie scammers. Now they threatening. Jail and payroll deduction!  And again lawyer attorney general said nothing they can do. Write down # and name they use and report them to him. Boy did I give him a list of names and #'s.

I had also been contacted by these people and they actually did get 100 dollars from me before I did some investigating of my own this morning and found out that they really are not a real company. I have never done an illegal thing in my life and I should have used my head before they got me so scared of talking about police and arresting me...I really hope they find these people before they can do this to anymore people..

I was just release from the hospital with blood clogs in both legs. I begn getting calls from Brittney Adams on Wenesday for money from a loan company I never heard of. I was told to pay $550.00 or start a payment plan or I would go to jail.I should of known she was a scam. I am so glad I did my reach on these lying people, stealing from the rich and poor.I am so sick and she made me think she cared. I heard a man in the back ground why she harrest me for money.

Westwood Mediation called me today on my cell using 916-382-7866, I didn't answer and they left a message.  She said her name was Brittney Adams and said if I didn't call back today my file would be handed over to my local authorities.  The number to call back is 509-464-6607, not even the same number they call on!  Who do I report this to, I get different calls daily from different people, some with an Indian accent.

Westwood Mediation called my cell phone & work withing a 3 minute span.  I don't have any debt so I'm not calling them back - glad I googled the number and read these posts.  This appears to be a SCAM!

Oh my god I really thought they were done calling me. They stopped for a good month. They called me twice in a row today and woke me up just like the good old days. Just a bunch of jerks and scammers, and they should all die in a fire. Maybe I'll actually answer the phone next time and let them know that.

You can not answer the phone for months and they would still call. Sometimes several times a day. I was happy for a month. I thought they had given up, or someone had taken them down. Please, someone take their phones away from them at least.

I received 44 calls from this # (Wedgwood Mediation)  within 3 minutes. If they are claiming I have a debt why don't they send me paperwork thru the mail (because it's all a scam-I know I don't owe them a dime).  I also have received calls from 308-210-2804. I refuse to answer their calls.  Don't let these people intimidated you.

Apparently, "Westwood Mediation" has acquired yet another phone number from a state which they are NOT in.
@Chad, if you just started receiving calls from scam debt collectors and you want some history on WM, I suggest you look at the thread for WM's last phone number 308-210-2804 (this is a Nebraska number). You'll find some additional information some folks have found on these jerks. Please don't believe anything they say, no matter now frightening it sounds. Owing money for a payday loan or any kind of debt, is NOT considered a "bounced check" or "check fraud" or "fraud" of any sort. It is NOT a criminal offense. The reason these jerks use these kinds of threats is because threatening people with jail seems to work better when you're trying to rob them. If I were you, I wouldn't even answer the phone or call them back. That would only make them believe you may be "on the hook" and that they may be able to work you over.
