A couple of bullets will clean up this boatload of dumbdorks that the world doesn't need.

They spoof their #. I told the guy that he was a big SCAM. I told him that I am recording this call to submit to the US fraud DEPT. He called me a "little bi*** ho" and hung up on me. Yes they are Classy.

Saw the NON LOCAL area code number with NO NAME on Caller ID and KNEW it was SPAM, so picked up/hung up w/o answering to break the call and, hopefully, 'confuse' the robodialer. Now the number is BLOCKED.
Unfortunately, my blocker still allows one ring, so I'm sure I'll be disturbed by these SCUMBAGS again. They started at 9:18AM this morning.
We had these types of calls 'tamped down' to a frequency of only 2-3 MONTHLY using these tactics, UNTIL we went on vacation using the **CHOICE HOTELS ONLINE RESERVATION SERVICE** and stayed in COMFORT INNS&SUITES and QUALITY INNS with mostly FOREIGN-BORN (Asian Indian and Pakistani/other 'Stan" orgins) OWNERS. Of course, our home PHONE NUMBER is required in ALL these places, both ONLINE and IN PERSON when checking in. I think the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT should be INVESTIGATING these IMMIGRANTS who have **NO** allegiance to native born Americans and are probably GIVING/SELLING our PRIVATE INFORMATION to their friends and family in their HOMElands to USE AGAINST us. I *DON'T* think this is a "coincidence."

Picked up/Hung Up w/o answering to break the call and, hopefully, 'confuse' the robodialer. Now I will BLOCK and file a complaint with the FCC/DNC.
I had the frequency of these calls tamped down to only 2-3 MONTHLY. Then, we went on vacation using the CHOICE HOTELS online reservation system, and, MID-TRIP these calls suddenly began increasing to 4-6 DAILY. Coincidence? I highly doubt it.
Now I'm looking for a good attorney who is willing to SUE CHOICE HOTELS and their FILTHY RICH CEO and other "executives."

I pressed 2 to be removed and got a woman on the phone. I told her to remove me from her list, that I was on the do not call list. She said, "don't you want to reduce your interest rate?" I said, "Not if you can't tell me what credit card company you are calling from," she said "I told you, credit card rate reduction," I said, "I told you to remove me from the list," She started to argue with me, and I said, "This call is now being recorded as you violated the FTC DNC request being that I said to remove this number from the database," to which she said, "Oh screw you you c**t b***h!" and hung up on me.

Just glad that I do not have to work for a slug company that does this or work for a some computer that is set up by a company that calls this a "living". God bless the man/woman that invented caller ID. You know that when someone calls and it is only a jumble of numbers...someone is phishing.

The usual credit card interest lowering scam illegally calling my DNC-listed phone number today at 1457 hours. I pressed one and then when a flesh-and-blood woman came on the line with her spiel, I blew my emergency whistle directly into the receiver. Needless to say, she disconnected immediately.

Received a phone call from this number today. States it is from a cell phone. Since I don't know anyone in this Georgia area code, I don't answer. We don't have any credit cards, so calling us was basically worthless. Really tired of getting these kind of calls. We have a few days where we get none and then we get barraged with them.

Your comment about the government is ridiculous. There is NO way to stop a scam company from using hundreds of fake numbers to robo-call. Quit blaming the government for everything. They have tried to legislate in order to stop this practice but at some point, it impinges on the rights of legitimate companies. It's just an annoyance--it's not a national calamity.

Did not answer, no message left. Caller ID displayed "CELLULAR CALL"
| Wise Eddy 2014-03-24 19:56:48 Unknown |
I punch the agent number and then let them listen to Rush or Mark. It does reduce the number of call I receive. But, I gave LOTS of time to deal with these types when I'm near the phone. I don't have call waiting, or voice mail. It's my phone, and sometimes I don't even answer it. There are other ways for important messages to get to me.
BWHAAAA.

They have called me numerous times for months stating it is my last and final notice for lowering my credit cardbalance or something. I always hang up except for once and poke to a very rude guy who was hard to understand! I too asked to be removed from their list dince I am on the dnc list. I also asked to speak to his supervisor as he was very rude and telling me he wouldn't remove it. I never spoke to anyone else as he refused to get someone for me!! What a scam!! Why can't they get caught?

The card service scammers WILL "service" our credit cards, BUT, when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!

These "companies" pay the phone company for every call made, so Ma Bell has no intention of putting the brakes on this unless it threatens HER existence. Why don't we TELL her we will cancel our land line service until she weans herself OFF the teet of these telemarketing and scamming scum!

They call our home all the time. Never take the calls. Call early and call late at night. We are on the do not call list which I know is useless.

Received call. Did not leave a message. Tried calling back, recording said they do not accept incoming call. Wish they would stop calling.

They keep calling my home this time I got a lady asked her to remove us from the list, the bi*** said no I will keep calling you every day from now on.

This company just called me and when I asked to be on the DO NOT CALL list, the man at the other end (said his name was Steven) called me a "f****ng bi*** w***e" and then slammed the phone down on me. I am on the DO NOT CALL list - how does this keep happening? I called my local police and they said it's an FTC problem. I am still shaking.
| vangard 2014-03-17 21:58:30 Unknown |
they just list themselves as 'Cell Phone' and then a state. If its a number I do not recognize, I simply do not answer the phone anymore. Shame one has to be afraid to use an otherwise lifesaving instrument.

I pressed "1 to speak to a friendly associate" of the (unnamed) credit card services. When I asked him to remove my phone number from this call list, he hung up on me! Now that's friendly service...

I, like the rest of you, receive these calls all the time. Our government is WORTHLESS, especially when it comes to blocking these calls. The only other course of action is this:
Do NOT, under any circumstances, answer a caller you do not recognize. When you do all you are doing is confirming for them that they have reached a viable, working number and then they WILL call you back AND sell your number to other scam artists so they can call you too. If they continue to call then first, check with your phone service and see if they have a call blocker service (mine does). If I continue to receive calls from a certain number then it goes onto my "Blocked" list.
Also, just pressing 1 or any number they say to remove you from their list is also a scam. It doesn't work either. Also, I turn off my answering machine when I am home. If it answer then once again it only confirms the fact that they have indeed reached a "Working" number. Have a pleasant day. Sure am glad too for websites like this.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!
