I get this call about twice a month.  They leave no message, no one on other line.  If called back, only a busy signal.

No one on the other end with most recent calls. I think this is same number used by someone this week claiming to be with Time Warner cable wanting to update their records. Our business has multiple T-W cable accounts but they could not prove they knew who I was by providing any information to me about our accounts so I hung up.

Called my cell phone four times today.  No message is left and when I answer the call nobody is on the other line.  When I try to return the call the line is always busy.

Yep, they called, I actually got a heavy breathing sound on my voice mail.

They've called me now about 8 times in the past 30 minutes, I'm pretty certain that 4 in 1 hour is legally considered harassment? Or is that after you answer and tell them not to call back? Regardless, if what people here are saying is true then there is no point in me picking up the phone to answer anyways.

I'm getting these calls on my cell phone.  Started on 9/22/2007. They called at 12:27, 1:05, 1:16, 1:23 and 1:27 in the afternoon on the SAME day.  On 9/24/2007 at 6:00, 6:46, 6:56, 7:18 and 7:23 in the evening (again, in the SAME day).  9/25/2007 at 7:28 and 7:52pm.  9/26/2007 at 5:08pm.

I'm getting them at my workplace.....wtf?
Of course no one is there when I pick up. When I call back, I either get a busy signal or 'We're sorry, youve reached a number that has been disconnected'

UPDATE  - this is Time Warner Cable Business Class sales rep.

Have received numerous calls from this number for over a month. When answered, no one is there. When not answered, no message left.
