these people call my phone all day ..call my job...and my family!! they say i took a pay day loan out in 2006...i never had a checking account then and i dont even know where the place is..they want me to pay 785 today..sorry not happening! They can do what they gotta do but they aint gettin a damn penny outta me!!!

It was a law firm collecting $$ from a payday loan in default.

Vm msg left on cell phone stating that I needed to call back ASAP or action would be filed against me. Called back and spoke with a Mr. Davis @ ext 1113 who was very rude and threatening. After 35 long mins I finally found out that this is for a payday loan from 2003. I told him that I didn't recall this and that I would research this matter and get back to him. I had several questions regarding this matter as to why now are you contacting me after all these years. I would think that If this matter wasn't resolved that it I would have been contacted before several years had gone by. No response from Mr. Davis. He did however tell me that I had till the end of the day to pay this off or he would be faxing paperwork to the courts to issue an arrest warrant. This man yelled, talked over me every time I tried to speak, talked down to me, refused to give me information or send me documentation and threatened me with being arrested.  i plan on filing a complaint regardless if I owe this debit from 2003 or not. Nobody should have to be treated this way.

I was just called and did not state it was me on the phone and they advised me that If I did not call back that they would have to take action immedialty or they were coming to my place of employment to pick me up.

They leave me msgs stating to call them right away before they have to take action, Urgent matter blah blah. It's a law firm I'm guessing for non payment of a pay day loan...

this number has called me all day everyday trying to locate a person who used me as a contact person. I gave them the person number and they told me if this person doesn't pay there bill that I would be resposne able because she used me as a contact person. I told them repeatedly to stop calling me that i was not responsible for this loan some one took out. He told me he would pull us in to court i told him i was reporting him for harrasment he told me to go had and report him and to call my lawyer he told me i couldn't afford a lawyer and that he would keep calling me all day everyday till some one paid the bill. I told him see made a payment and that i saw the confirmation number. He told me i was a lier and i that i didnt know what i was taking about

They claim I took out a payday loan and owe them $999.94 and that they are going to sue me for it.  I have NEVER taken out a payday loan from them or anyone else.

Their name is Vandenberg Chase and Associates. Debt Collectors. Ignore it that all you can do. Or pay them and who wants to do that, not me.

So what do they want? they are calling me too. I called them back and got a guy that said I had the wrong number. The guy that left the mess. had my full name even my maden name.

Did you ever figure out who the 404-682-9405 number was? They are calling me with threats and not saying who they are or what company they work for.
