Call me at least 10 times a day. There is never anyone there, and if they do leave a message, it is all air.

This number calls my cellphone and home phone continuously throughout the day. Normally they wont say anything at all when I answer and of course they won't leave a message. I did answer once and they asked for my husband and I said this is his wife, how can I help you and they wouldn't tell me anything, so now I dont bother answering. If I answer everytime they call, I would use up my cell minutes.

I am receiving 5-7 calls a day.  Haven't answered because I know no one in the 443 area code.  I am on cell do not list.  How to get them to stop?

The called ID is different though. So look out for this.

Same as everybody, it is a SCAM.  I got many calls by now from different calling numbers, with different company names.  All the same pattern "congratulation you won a trip..., but to claim your prize you got to meet them at their business place 216 Chelsea drive in Vaugh in Toronto suburbs.  This is where they try to sell you time share using a lot of pressure.  Finally if you can get out of their alive, to claim your prize you got to pay, tax here, fees there and so on.  So your free vacation cost you more than if you have booked on Expedia.

Report them, or have their phone number blocked won't be much of an help as they keep changing phone numbers.  Up until now it was always a human who called and now it's a machine, they are getting better.

There is a toll free phone buster hotline where you can report them it's managed by OPP.  I don't remember the number.

The only way to be left alone is to go at there meeting and knock some teeth out, that's what I'm gonna do next time they call me!

Automated call stating I had entered a contest and won free air fare for 2 and free rental care anywhere in the U.S. but I had to call back in 24 hours to claim.  I didn't enter a contest.  Looked on another website for this number and it said more than likelly(97%) this was a scam attorney/collection call the other 3% was identity theft.  Didn't call back and won't.  Will add this number to a do not call list.

They said that a family member or myself filled out a contest form last year!! to win a free trip to Las Vegas, Montego Bay or ? for 2 nights/3 days with air fare for you and your spouse. No obligation! But they could only hold my prize for 24 hours. Well they can keep on holding it.

This is a scam.  They call from the number and you get nothing but silence.  When you call back, they tell you that you won a free vacation.  They are obviously aware of the state you are calling from, as the message was customized for my state.

Actually if I ever decide to call the callback number, I will be using a pay phone because *67 does not block your number from their caller ID. It makes sense because they pay for your call since it is toll free and they want to know who is calling them. Also I read it at the bottom of a phone book the other day, which surprised me. So never call back 800, 877, etc w/ *67 thinking that you are safe, you are not.

I'm gonna report them to the FCC!

Yep, got the same thing.  Weststar Advertising.  It was a recording that was starting to lose some of its zip... sounds like the first 15 seconds of tape have been played a few too many times!  Exact same spiel as above... a "family member" entered me in their "contest", I've "won" two "fully paid for round trip airline tickets" to Vegas, Orlando, Cancun, or Montego Bay, Jamaica.  And the callback number as before: 800-268-3113.  The recorded voice says that part really carefully, so I make sure to get it.  OMG, I only have 24 hours to get back with them!  Sucks to be me, I guess. :)

A woman named 'Maggie' called from that number today saying she was from West Star Advertising and jabbered away that I won a free trip for 2 to Las Vegas, Cancun, or Montego Bay, Jamaica for 3 nights all expenses paid and I think hotel stay too. I don't have to pay anything.

B***s***. West Star Advertising I will find you and destroy you... as Adam Sandler would say from 'You don't mess with the Zohan'.

They say the way I supposedly registered for the contest was thru a event last year. She never said my name either which would be apart of any contest registration. Too bad I can't forward the voicemail here for all to hear and get a laugh out it.

Futhermore, she said to call 1-800-268-3113 [I might *67 it one of these days] to collect my prize and she read the number slow and stumbly like it was the 1st time she ever said that number.
