If you are not a scam then why do violate all the consumer protection laws regarding collections?

A Ms. Davis called my former mother-in-law's home stating that there was a pending legal issue against my driver's license, and social security number. First of all why was my business left on her voicemail as if she's going to make payments. The only reason I got the message is because I happened to call her. Why are these people still in business its obvious that ever call they make they are in violation.

Walton Wright and Associates have violated the FDCPA on many time calling my job saying they are going to seek legal matters against me when they have NO rights to.  Lying about possible wage garnishment and having  assets seized, over a payday loan REALLY ??????  The company may not be a scam but hte people that work for them are. Ms. Ezekie the supposed manager was sending out the paper work so she says its been 2 going on 3 weeks.  This company is a joke

I recieved a call last month at my job screaming and threating me and refusing to give me their address and refusing to send me verification.   I filed a complaint with the FTC which is the best thing to do and file with the Attorney General in Georgia since that is where they are located.  If they all get enough complaints from consumers they will investigate.   I recieved a call at my job again today.  The man was nice but was referencing check fraud (BS) So I cut him short and asked for his address.  Whenever I ask this information they give the call to Ms Davis who gets on and starts getting very rude.  Well I was able to get a word in edgewise and informed her "I work for a collection agency"  and then her attitude changed, she gave me an address Walton Wright & Associates, 4485 Fulton Industrial Blvd, Atlanta GA, Phone number she gave 770-892-9138.   She said she would email me the information.  This is only because once I told her I worked for a collection agency she realized I knew what is legal and what is not.  This tells me they are a real collection firm operating using illegal means in violation with consumer protections laws.  Report them, get a lawyer and sue them.

A person named Ms. Clark called my job and said she was with Walton Wright & Associates. She first of all started with a threat. I could hear paper rattling as if she was reading it. She couldn't even pronounce allegations and implications. She said I was being charged with check fraud and theft by deception. She added I had until 3 p.m. to call her back and give my case number or they would move forward without my statement of intent. She also said I'd be waving my rights for fair treatment and resolution. Then she ended it with another threat to govern myself accordingly. I don't know who the heck this is and I've asked not to be contacted on my job and they refuse to. I got suckered like this many, many years ago paying a debt that was already paid in full. Not going down that road again.  So J.E. whoever you are, tell them to stop their rudeness and if they want to contact somebody, send a letter in the mail.

Just received a call from them stating I was being sued in civil court and that they had already contacted my employer over a 3 year old payday loan that I have proof of settlement on!! Secondly if I was being sued why would there be a need to contact my employer? Really, I'm not ignorant, again I have proof this has been paid and this company is the 4th to call with these threats on the same account, and every time I provide the documentation that this has been settled the threats and phone calls stop until the next bs bloodsucking company thinks you'll fall for their scare tactics! Wow!!

These people are very rude and keep calling my workplace the payday loan has been paid twice the amount so just stop.

This is a collection agency calling my cell phone # which belonged to someone else years ago. Got a voice mail when I called it back.

The only way we can help you is to contact our office so that we can resolve it. I dont know who is posting this and as long as we can verified its been paid, we will be happy to close this matter. Thanks

Your company is trying to collect on old debts that are expired by the SOL, or debts that have already been paid to the original creditor. Your company refuses to validate the debt and has resorted to scare tatics and bullying. PATHETIC. Anyone with half a brain knows that what you are doing is immoral, illegal, and makes you look like a***oles. BLOCK THESE CALLS PEOPLE!

Well, I am not  sure if or what connection you have with this company, but I can tell you They Are Very Unprofessional in the way they conduct business, not to mention I dont have any payday loans. So if you do work for this company please advise your manager that his/her staff needs a training in customer service skills.

Someone from this company keeps calling my job and are very rude to anyone who answer the phone, they have been told not to call company whiich that request has been ignored. So by that kind of unprofessinal behavior I know its some type of low life running a scram!!!
