I got a call from this number to.  They left a message and said I won a prize.  A car or a plasma TV.  Sounds like a scam to me to probably sell timeshare or some junk.

Number called me at work (I never give anyone my work phone).  No one was on the line - hung up after a few seconds.  I called the number and got the "Verification Department".  Losers.

same as above, i may have won a lincon naviator, flat screen tv, or other prizes. i was told to call back asking for mark hart, so i could verify information and pick up my prize (they said it was a lincon navigator). if i entered this why would they need to verify this data? this is definitely an identity theft scam.

I used to work for Mark Heart - his real name is Marc Hart but uses Mark Heart as his screen name.  His company is a total scam...people please do not come to those presentations!  He didn't even pay me my last few weeks and still owes me money until this day.  He is a scam and is not a good person.  He and his company are total scammers!

Number hangs up within 5 seconds of you answering the call.

If you are to blessed to be stressed why are you shouting?  That's what all caps means.

Voice mail received stating someone had filled out a "little blue" contest form in a movie theater and that they had tried to send emails.  The voice mail went on to say someone had won either a Lincoln Navigator or flatscreen TV.  The prize was valued at least $500.00 and to call Mark Hart at 404-835-6966.
They never answer. Could they be charing a high price on the phone that you are useing?

we got the same exact call today.  we are from the Milwaukee area and will also be forwarding this to a local tv station to investigate.  we can't remember filling anything out either!

the do no call list is for telemarketing...if that are not selling anything, the do not call list does not apply.  The do not call list does not apply to all calls that you do not want to receive.  The gov will/can not help if they are not marketing.  It may be a scam, but the do not call list has a specific purpose.

I just got this same call about a little blue card at a movie theater, mall or online. Says they tried to contact me via email and that I won at the very least a bi screen tv and possibly a Lincoln Navigator. Said to call back and ask for Mark Hart. I don't remember filling anything out so this has go to be a scam! Think I might send this one to the local tv station in Milwaukee and have them review it.

Got this same call.  I am also on the do not call list.  I would suggest to anyone to go to the gov do not call list website and file a complaint.  These people are solicitors and since I never filled out any contest forms I'm sure they can't produce anything with my signature on it.

Keeps calling and hanging up. Twice right after the other. Third time I let it ring.404-835-6964 I am on the Do not call list!

I got the same call.  Never filled out anything, except from SunDance Vacations, which was a different LOCAL number (Im in Wisconsin, this are code is GA) so this must be a scam.  Notice all the people saying it's not a scam write in all capital letters...weird.

They just called me!  Its not as bad as I thought, basically you need to sit in a "travel club"  sales pitch and then take your gift.  Which is a Florida trip, car TV blah, blah, blah.  The lady that called left another number (866) 383-5126 x 618.  They said I filled out a card although they didn't have my name right, asked me to repeatmy phone number etc.

Same deal, I was dumb enough to leave my name and phone number.  I will also report these guys to a fraud line.

I just got the same call. They said I had filled out some blue card? and that I have won either the Cadillac Escalade or the flat screen TV. Ya right!!! Anyway, I looked up the phone number and it comes back to the last name of Polley. There are six names associated with the number. Here they are;

I bet the last name listed is the culprit. It's probably Chad Polley I did some further searching and found Chad F Polley in Atlanta GA and also in multiple cities in FL. Some kind of scam for sure.

I recieved the same call today, they said in the message we have tried to contact you though email, which is a lie. I am in california so if they are in georgia what the heck is going on, is this a scam?

Who the Heck are these people??!! I received the same message saying that I received a flat screen TV or cadillac escalade and that i filled out a blue slip either at a major mall, movie theater, or online and to call Mark Hartz at this number. I called and it rang and rang until a voicemail said to leave my name and telephone... ?????

Got this call on my cell phone at 12:30 pm today 7/24/08. Same message about verification of a "blue card" I filled out for winning either a Cadillac or a flat screen tv. Got a second call at 3:10 pm this same afternoon with the same message but this time the call was from a 1-800 number.  I looked up the telephone number and it is registered to Premier Access. Don't have a clue who they are.

I called back and left a message with my name.....so obviously they called back..and tried to "verify" some things....so they asked if i was from the age of 35-70 or some bs so I said no because im 24....then I asked which name is on the form? OBVIOUSLY the name I left in the message.....sounds like some identity scam...should have played along to hear the other questons...

They left a message stating I'd won a Cadillac Escalade or flatscreen TV and to call to verify what I'd won and to get details on how to claim the prize.  Also said to ask for Mark Hart.  Didn't ask for anyone by name in the message which is a clear giveaway that the story about the blue slip is bogus.

I received this same call today. The person(female)left a message that I had filled out a blue contest slip at the movies, mall or online. It also stated that I needed to call this number and ask for Mark Hart.
