My cell phone started to ring twice, then stopped. This number was on the caller ID. I don't answer or call back numbers that I don't recognize.

Don't know but that number keeps showing up on my caller ID also. When I try to call it back, call will not go through. Sounds like the line is "open".

The fact that you even took this bogus survey will ensure that they will be able to market your phone number to other scammers now, so your number will be on even more sucker lists.
Never agree to take a survey on the phone. Never. No exceptions. Most of them are bogus, like this one, where the real intention was to get your credit card information for the "shipping" of a non-existent card. You will never get anything of value from a cold caller. Never. No exceptions.
Only when people wise up will these scams end.

Offered me a free $5o walmart giftcard if I took a short survey. The survey was short but afterward they told me I had to pay shipping on my giftcard. $2. He asked for my credit or debit card number. Said. No way.
