these people are ruthless and will not stop at anything to get your bank information. don't let them get any information to these people. every call is recorded and will try to use anything against you. these people will try to scare you that you have a case in court. and it turns out they cant find anything. they will try to scare you into making payments with them. "Ms.Donaldson" was the one to contact me and was very rude.

I am being harrassed every month since around June, by Greeberg & Stein.
At first it was a very in patient man. They would call around the same time of the month. I didn't rec've any calls in Oct. But now this week I have had 3 phone calls within 2 days. One day it was twice!!
This month it is a woman, not as aggressive and mean as the "Agent Thomas Williams"..
Who told me I was going to be served by the sherriffs office, and everytime he called he claimed I had till 5pm to call back and give him my bank info, and when asked to send me proof of this debt, I was told I had all the paperwork that was going to be sent.!!
Now today, I am told via message that this claim against my SSN# will leave their office on Monday.
Now before I was told atleast 5 times that it had been sent to the court and gave me a case number.
Now which is it?? either it is or it isn't in the court system!!
Beware people do NOT give them your bank info..

it was a debt collector.
