Who ever they are they keep calling they never say anything never leave a message just hang up as soon as the machine picks up

They call all day saying please answer your phone, this is in regard to your credit card bill and it is urgent. I have NO credit cards.

I get this call 4 times a day and its this number and another number and its ALWAYS a recording and when I finally get to a rep they hang up!! It's frustrating!!!
