Just received a call from this number and I could here someone hang the phone up directly after I said hello. I called it back and got a recording that said "The number you have dialed has been temporarily disconnected."

I got a call at home AND on my cell phone from this number. I also got the message that the number had been temporarily disconnected. This s*** pisses me the f off!!!! I wish I could do something about it!

I received the same call. However, I answered the call and the other line was silent then hung up. I called the number back immediately and a recording came on saying this number had been recently disconnected.

No message, call was around 8 pm. It's a land line through Cox Communications going by white pages online. It only said Oklahoma city ok as the name (without the y on city)
