I advised that they were calling my work line for someone else and told them to stop calling me.  They had  foul mouth and kept yelling at ME!

I received a call from this phone number last week, and it was not for me, they asked me all kinds of questions about the person they were looking for, I told them I was not giving any information to them at all and not to call me.  Again. today I got another call, and I yelled at the lady and told her that the person she was looking for did not live here  and told her that I had told them not to call my house again, and then I told her not to call again, she hung up on me. I would like to know who to call to stop this company from calling me looking for someone else.

I kept getting calls from this # for months on end.I finally answered one.She ask for my ex-husbands wife Deloras Duncan.When I told her who it was and this was not her # she laughed and said it is the # Deloras gave them but my # would be removed.I ask if it was debt collection.She said no!!! let's see how many more I get this week.BTW my # is on the federal do not call list.I guess It does not work.This is a home phone.I've had 3 years.

This phone number has been contacting all of my phone lines looking for me and telling the people on the other end it is important and personal.  We don't know who it is nor do we understand how they got all of our phone numbers.

If they cant leave a message then I dont call back

4 calls from this number in the past one hour.  Just silence when I answer.  This is getting rediculas.

Have received 4 calls from this number but no one says anything and then they hang up.

without my permission.... I just now called the number back a "miss dee" staes that I was responsible for Fred's medical bills I said hell no... and hung up

started getting calls from the above listed number would not give out any on formation when I called..My number was given out by Fred Fuerst who lives in OK with my permission..this company wanted me to send his medical records..which violates Hippa laws ...I have not talked to this Fred in over a year...

Receiving it here, too, in Texas.  We have Valero Credit, but nothing past due - so it cannot be collections for them.  We also have no outstanding medical bills, so... they're barking up the wrong tree.

We blocked their number from our Cell Phone(s).

Called my mom screaming and making threats becuase she has not paid enough on her bill.  She is on a fixed income and pays what she can.  They have added unreasonable late charges and are rigid in their colletion process. They will not take consumer debt consueling.  

They should make threats and especially not to a 72 year old widow.

I was called by my husband and they told him that they were looking for me and said a Joy Davis needed to talk to me about an important business matter. I had no clue what was going on but really If they dont have my really number than they need to leave me alone. When you call them on this number all you get is some automated answering deal and then you still don't get anybody!!

Dont ever answer nor return calls from a number you dont know, whether you owe a debt or not you dont know whos on the other line. Keep all of your contacts in writing whether it be via E-MAIL, FAX or U.S. Mail. Keep a paper trail. Have them verify your debt in writing. Along with not answering the calls dont ever give them any info over the phone. If you dont want them to call you anymore register all your phones with NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY at: WWW.DONOTCALL.GOV also you can file a complaint with the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION at: WWW.FTC.GOV you could also go to their website: WWW.COLLECTIONAGENCYSERVICES.NET and contact them via email and send them an E-MAIL or letter via U.S. MAIL to "CEASE COMMUNICATIONS" and they will have no choice but to contact you through the mail. I had the same number call my place of employment twice, we hav call ID..it showed the number 405-601-4030 as AC Corp, when i picked up the line all i got was a recording telling me that they knew my time was inportant and to stay on the line..it repeated for several minutes with not a one live individual pickin up the other line????? So far theyve called twice, the day before last and yesterday, not really sure that the call was for me simply because i work for a large company and i get calls like this all the time for other individuals in other departments..our number is the main number that everyone calls 99.9% of the times the calls are for other departments?????

HAD A MISSED CALL FROM THIS NUMBER SO DECIDED TO LOOK IT UP. OBVIOUSLY I'M NOT GONNA RETURN THE CALL LOL.

They also collect for Valero Gas Corporation credit cards...fyi....called my house when I didn't answer called my cell phone twice in a row....didn't answer and they always call at 8:00 am on Saturday mornings...anoying!

They collect in oklahoma for the hospitals mostly, some of our hospitals send your bill the same time they send your bill to collections.

This number called three times in a row on my cell phone -- one right after the other. Left no message.

I recieved a call from this number today at my place of employment. This is a collection agency and how they got my work number is beyond me but it is illegal for a debt collection service who has purchased your debt to contact you at work or anywhere else if you demand that they cease and desist.

I keep getting calls from this number and I never return them, I had bad feelings about this phone number and the fact that they want me to call them back   something didn't sound right about it.

Some guy named Joe left a message saying I NEED to call him back at 800-657-7318 because he NEEDS to talk to me.  Made it sound REALLY important.  I Googled the phone # and found this site.  I have no intention of calling back.  I have never received anything in the mail from this company, and I don't conduct business over the phone.

The company 'American Collection Services' is attempting to collect a 'debt' from me that has been paid off for nearly 4 years.  This is illegal!!!  Do not assume that a collector has the rights to harass you, or that you even owe the money they say you do!! Many will buy your paid debts & try to get you to pay them again.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE visit this website:

If I were you, I'd file a complaint with your local police and, since the threat was made on the telephone, I'd also file a complaint with the FBI at this link: https://tips.fbi.gov
