She is a collection agent that does collections for HEB Emericare. Hospital. She practices illegal collection activities and then refuses any additional info. Reported to the FTC in regards to violations of FDCPA.

Caller states that she is Mrs Davis and is needing me to call her regarding a claim, left an "audit" number. I have no claims out on anything. I am sure it is a bill collector, however when I call back there is no business name on the recording so I am not sure who it is calling.
