Just a ring and no answer...EVER. Get this call alot too. It's set for outgoing calls only

I get this one all the time, too!! Who the hell is SHOA???? I have had to block three different numbers from SHOA and all are outgoing only (as in, I can't call them back). Is someone phishing for good phone numbers to add to a marketing list??

I phoned them at 405-672-7400 and spoke with somebody who said they are only making calls on behalf of the Junior Chamber of Commerce (probably a bu***hit story, because nobody ever says anything when they call), but they said they'd take my number off their call list.  We'll see if they call back...
