They called my cell at 8:00 WED night which is on the DNC registry. I did not answer and no message left.

I am puzzle because they call my cell number and my home number. I did not answer any of the calls. They waited for the voice message but they did not leave any message. I called back blocking my number and there is a message of a woman speaking in spanish giving endless choices for supposely different radio stations. I hanged up when she was at choice 21. I have to say this is really strange.

I received a message from this number and it was a recording with a foreign voice. The message was unintelligible and continued on and I finally hung up. Recalled the number later to see if any one answered and it was the same recorded message. The phone is through Neutral Tandem and is in Oklahoma City. This afternoon my husband received a similar call on his cell phone from a different number.
