Went by the name Melinda Cooley (Yeah, right)-
The part that does match up (from the fake eBay Motors invoice) is an address of 1000 Holly Drive, Oklahoma City, OK.  and the 'Fax' number 405-896-9363. Area Code 405 serves Oklahoma City, and 896 shows as the prefix for Bandwidth.com, a local VoIP carrier.
The address may be fake, but the 'fax'/phone may be real, because that is where 'she' wanted the MoneyPak payment Receipt fax sent to.
