Foreclosure call, but home is not being foreclosed. These phone calls started yesterday and there have been at least one an hour during business hours since that time.

That is a con-artist company with automatic dialing equipment calling every single number in each area code and logging which numbers are active and time of day you answered the call.
They will sell the database when completed to a scam company that will not honor the do not call list.
That database will show all the active numbers and the time of day your most likely home from when you previously answered the phone when the database was being compiled. That way when they sell the database/list the scammers will know which numbers to call and what time of day your likely home to answer the phone.

If you all will stop and pay attention to what I am am writing here----

The way to stop these scam callers from calling people and spoofing/showing fake caller ID info on peoples caller ID's. The perfect way to stop them -- CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against the Telephone Companies.
The telephone companies are selling people  CALL BLOCK, NUMBER BLOCK, etc. that DOES NOT WORK and is defective. I will tell everyone, any other business that has a product or service that is broken and it affects a group of people-- they likely always get sued in a CLASS ACTION SUIT.
Everyone needs to get together and file a class action against their phone company.
Your paying for something that is defective and does not work.
Watch how quick the calls stop !!! The telephone companies at this time have no incentive to alter their software / equipment as it cost's time and money.  A class action suit will get them in gear to take action to fix your caller ID so it shows the correct info and call block features so you can block more than a few unwanted calling numbers.
I recently read online the government stopped one group of these type callers , the news clip praised several of the large telephone companies for their help. So I know from that the phone companies can stop the scam callers.

@michael, those are the SAME EXACT numbers that have been calling my house non stop for weeks. i tried calling them all back and only 2 actually rang. both times i got a recorded message that just said "thank you for calling back" but didn't say a company name. it did, however, say if you wished to be removed from their calling list to press 1 and to allow 24 hours for removal. i doubt it'll actually work, but we'll see. =\

i've been getting 20+ calls a day from this number and a 706 area code phone number. all the calls occur between 6pm and 7pm (PST) and every time i answer it just clicks twice and hangs up. i'm getting really fed up with this. my phone number is unlisted for a reason.

this is my very first cell phone - this week - where did they get my #? they've called a dozen times already - in the afternoon and thru dinner time. these are MY minutes!

Getting the same calls as Michael from the same numbers. They can all all they like since I do outright own my home and I won't be answering any of the calls.

Got 8 spam calls (and counting) in the last 2 hours from 706-203-4426, 406-224-9095, 701-920-9805, 760-001-3331, 406-224-9095, 253-312-7757. Brace yourselves.

This number keeps calling me more than once a day and will not allow me to be removed from their call list.

...another call from the robo-call bandits.   Sounds like this same company from the call that I got.  I found all of this posted on their leads generation site.  They make the calls and then switch them over to the banks or loan mod companies that PAY them for these leads.   This is one of the ROBO-CALL  violators:

got a call without any voice...  a biiig pause... wonder if they are abstracting info...  scam.

You can direct the telephone number to your state's Attorney General's office.  All states have one and they each have a web site with a complaint form.

Kept getting calls from this nubmer so I pretended to be interested and got this address out of him:  481 W 29th Street Suite 2661, Los Angeles CA.  My guess is that it's probably a fake address, but if you're in the neighborhood you might drop by.  He claimed to be calling for an eviction defense company called Home Help Relief.  I didn't think of it when I was on the phone, but I should have gotten a state bar number for the attorney....

Stopped calling both landline numbers now these a**holes attempted to call my cell ... LMAO! They really must be stupid to think that after I got sick of calling my landline numbers that I wouldn't also place a block on their number(s) on my cell phone! LOL ... guess what you moron's? I DID!!!

I swear they seem to be the only ones around that has any truly and totally clear transparency! I checked my cell for messages and lo and behold a message on my screen said "missed message.  Blocked number" so I checked my blocked list and sure enough was these bozos! From the 414-877-0600 number.  Went ahead and made doubly sure all the other #s were also soundly blocked!

My message to them (and all other scam artists) ... give it up you j*cka**es! So many of are on to you scam! Won't work ... so you can stop your little bs games!!!

Called my cell phone. I did not answer and they did not leave a messge. I wonder if there is a way to sue them for damages lost cell phone minutes and mental anguish due to the stress they inflict when they call and interupt what I am doing? They leave a garbled message that I could barely understand saying something about lowering my interest rate.  Good old Droid blocked them.

I keep getting phone calls from this number telling me since my home is in foreclosure they can help! For one, my house isn't and is no were near it, and they keep calling!!! This is a recorded message and they are calling my cell phone a few times a day!

Yes, I got a call from this phone number.  I did not answer, usually I screen my calls and any number that I do not recognized is not answered, if any body who cares about me can leave a message.

Received a call on my phone from this number but did not answer. When I don't know a number I always check on line to see where or who the call is from and if it is unknown I just delete.

Got an average of 3 calls a day from this caller. Don't normally answer unknown calls so don't answer it. Just try to google it and saw this. Thanks. Should now never answer it. Can someone please put a stop to this harrassment from this number. Pleaseeeeeeeeeee.

Under the last two times these scum made harassing calls to my phone the numbers were 425-390-8120 (Service Dept.) and 414-877-0600 ("Important")

These pigs won't quit, the government won't do anything to stop them, the do not call list is a joke, our phone service providers can't do anything and, because of all the cuts in all the wrong places, our own law enforcement agencies can't do anything either! I believe it's time we take matters into our own hands, hunt these bottom feeding trash a**holes down and rip them into little tiny pieces ... alive and then incinerate the remains until theirs literally nothing left of them!!!
