Actually I learned that this number emanates from East Glacier Village just east of Glacier National Park. I sent a message to Kathy at the National Parks enforcement office in Glacier and she checked it out...says it appears to be some kind of magazine subscription deal, but she also added that it sounded to her like a scam. SO, listen up people...notify the Montana State Attorney General's Office of consumer protection and leave a complain with them. Also, if you phone is on the" national do not call " registry...then file an online complaint with the Federal Trade Commission's consumer protection unit...you can do it online...real easy to do.

Call from a Matthew Verbin wanting to sell me a Time Share in the Carribean.

Local call from Matthew Verbin who asked me to repeat the phrase Matthew Verbin it's 3:00. I would receive 3 nights stay at a Carribean Hotel of my choice courtesy of Verby Nation Entertainment. Total scam.

I get several calls a week sometimes 2-3 a day from this number and they never leave a voicemail.  I tried to call it back and all it says is "Goodbye" and disconnects. I have answered the call once and they hung up.

I've gotten a couple calls from this number, but am usually at work and can't respond.  Very irritating that no voice mail is left.

Don't worry about it, there are roaches on the other end, roaches that don't have the courage to call you with their personal phone numbers.

I am getting unwanted and continuous calls from 406-226-7147 even though I have opted out of the sales calls numerous times.  Getting real tired of it.

this number calls about once a week, not one I recognize, so I ignore it!

This # calls at least twice a week and has been for about 6 months. Comes up as Boulder, MT and Browning, MT in caller ID. Never leaves message. Likely charity/NPO related.

I have received calls from this number several times a day for the past couple of weeks.  They do not leave messages.  In the beginning I did answer the call as it is a local number, and either no one responded or else they would say that I was a winner in which I would then hang up.  (They say they are with WCA Survey company.)  They just called again today and I did not aswer.  I then called them back.  You get an automated recording saying who they are and if you would like to unscribe press one.(I never subcribed to them in the first place!)  I did the same thing last week and they are still calling!  I am on the do not call list as well.  Doesn't seem to matter. I decided to block the number on my phone since the "Do Not Call List" and unscribing to the calls doesn't seem to help. I'm tired of them wasting my time and my minutes on my cellphone!

And it will eliminate you from the list that 'it' has.

Get a little recorder or borrow one and record this tone. (Handier if you have caller ID.)
When you get this call -play this into the phone and yer problems should be over.

They claim that you can go to their website and be removed from their calling lists.
Good luck with that. The bad news is there are thousands of complaints about this company not stopping the calls not to mention the unresolved complaints from the BBB that can't find a legitimate address for the company. All that can be found is a UPS drop box (The UPS Store #4567 -   2643 Gulf Bay Blvd Suite 1560-411, Clearwater, FL 33759) that is being used to launder the money out of this country or a virtual office in Las Vegas (Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC  3651 Lindell Road, Suite D  Las Vegas, NV 89103) with a receptionist answering the phone for multiple non-existent companies.

You are dealing with a company that is owned by a woman in India and registered in Cyprus. If you request to be removed from their calling list and the calls persist then you should continually file complaints with your Attorney Generals office and also file with:

If enough people keep complaining then maybe something will get done. The only option is to go after the companies that are outsourcing to overseas boiler rooms.
Write your Congressmen and Senators. We need CRIMINAL penalties against the companies that are profiting from these calls. Follow the money, slap them in prison, no one left to outsource to overseas boiler rooms, problem solved. Since they are operating across borders it should become a federal felony and should be handled by the FBI under the RICO Act.

Answered this call and got dead air.  On the Do Not Call list, but nobody will enforce the law so the info gatherers don't care.

Keep receiving phone calls from this number.  The organization NEEDS TO STOP CALLING ME!

Have called our cell twice now. First time said we had answered a survey(never did) and was WCA Survey. Could choose from prizes. Hung up. Called a second time and had dead air. On the do not call list. Doesn't do any good.
