received a message from 401 648 3415 and 406 272 7078 and gave me the same claim number how can them be calling from different phone numbers and using the same case number   I WOULD SAY NOTHING BUT A SCAM

same numbers 603 406 area codes same recorded messages and threats mr stevens  the phone is bussly and can not leave a message i think its a collections agency he said fraud charges against me  said money was go to capitalone  i called them didnt know they were be careful

I have recied these calls I work for an Attonery when they called i gave it to the laywer and they hung up, I was getting these back in the summer also I really would like to find the people that are calling. and kick there A**!!! I hope when thet are found they go to Jail!!!!

got a recording that said i was having charges filed against me for fraudulent activity in "your county" thats quite broad.. said something about my social as well... its a scam for sure..

This is the third time they have called wanting to talk to my daughter. Said they would have her arrested if she didn't call them. Told them to arrest her because I don't want them calling me. They hung up.

I keep getting calls saying they are taking me to court

Just got 2 msgs stating I was being charges with 2 counts of fraud. I called back the number and the phone just rang and rang!! Fraud!!!!!

I received at least 2 calls on 2 different numbers saying i was going to receive a summons on2 fraudulant activities. I was directed to call this number back and was goven a case number.

This number...406-272-7078....has called me several times threatening to deliver a summons for me to appear in court.  They do not give a company name nor say what the matter is concerning.  They want me to call the number and verify my address so they can deliver the summons to my door.  If whoever it is has something against me why don't they send me a letter telling me about it.  Don't they have my address?  I don't want to call someone who is threatening me, and give them my address.  Who are they?

Same thing some about summons and charges. But they want you to verify address and SS #. I don't think so.. I just blocked on my phone...Very same thing as others reported female voice and robot...

That is the same thing they did to me.  The lady started swearing at me calling me every name in the book!  I kept asking what company I was calling and all she wanted to know was my name and social.  I didn't give it to her.  Defiantly a SCAM!!!

Call your phone service provider and file a complaint and get this number blocked if the cell doesn't have a call blocking feature. Some phones you can download a app for free for also.

Ignore 'em.  Total scam.  Report it to the police and your local attorney general.  This is an attempt to scare you into giving money to them.  Don't call back.  Don't give ANYONE any information about your finances or card numbers or bank accounts numbers!

Here is the call almost verbatim.

My kid got a call from 406-272-7078 saying were contacting him from the "process and summons division" and that there will be two charges filed against him in his county.  They say it looks like fraudulent activity has been attached to his name and social security. They want to make him aware of his legal rights  to address his charges prior to them being filed against him.  He will need to address them prior to being summoned at his place of employment or home address..  Rights will be forfeited once he is served.  They give a case number and a return phone number (which was the same phone number that called.)  They say that he needs to speak to someone in their legal department.

Sounds like a bank account/SS# phishing scam to me.  Really hacks me off.  Wish I could kick that smarmy hag in the teeth that called.   I hope there is a special place in Hell for someone that would call a kid and put something like that on their voice mail.  Thankfully I'm a savvy mom who caught it, but I can imagine an elderly person who might not have very much family support or anyone looking out for them getting roped in to something like this.  

I got a call from this number saying 2 charges were being brought against me for fraudulent activity in my county and that it is associated with my social security number. They want to notify me of my rights and all that. They wanted me to call the number. No company name was given and I didn't hear a name of the person. It was half automated and half a females voice.

I have been getting these phone calls from them on all 5 of my lines from a number in Montana 406-272-7078, how the hell did they get my info........I called back and starting asking questions,they said the charges were intent to defraud an institution, for a capital one card, I laughed and said its funny cause I have a capital one,lol......i started to ask more detailed information and obviously she was getting irritated and put me on hold without letting me know, and when she came back, she thought I was someone else, she hung up on me..... That gave it up, lol...but their automated robots still calling me......

Got a recorded call from this number about fraudulent activity on my account and the message stated that they were about to file charges. Obviously a scam. Called back with the "case #" and got a live person. Told them to go f*** themselves. The woman said I would change my mind when they filed and they would see me in court. Told her great, then I could tell her to f*** herself in person

Got call from 406-272-7088 automated on my machine saying they were with LDM out of Dallas and were in the process and summons division. They said my name and SS number have been attached to a fraud case and my legal rights are in jeopardy gave a case number and this number to call back. I know it is a scam because I live in TX and 406 area code is Montana. Not calling the number back. If they continue I will report to Attorney General.

just got the same call today from same number same bs story line exactly to a tee.. contacted my local law enforcement.. its a scam for facf!

yes this person called my husbands phone which was a mistake . they left a detailed message saying that I was being filed with fraudulent charges he called me frantic over this .I call the company back  and I began to give me a case number and tell me hold on let them look into the case filed tell me what its about after Jackie I did get the person's name came back to the phone she began to tell me that this was over a Capital One credit card back in April of 2000. folks that was 14 years ago I believe the statute of limitations has run out  if this were even my card they were talking about .it would have been settled along time ago are charged off of the bad debt .14 years come on people this is freaking crazy I've never even had a Capital One credit card for starters  and they're telling me the amount due is $5,674.00. yeah when I asked him to get me to contact information to Capital One they said that they can't do that the capital one would not speak to me because it was turned over to them . Oh me a summons would be served to me within 24 to 48 hours .that a constable or someone who serves papers would be showing up at my house or job in 24 to 48 hours .this has pissed me off so bad

Also announced name in robo-voice twice during the call - Dana Vader. Maybe Darth Vader's sister they are looking for.

Got a voicemail on my landline from "Process and Summons Division" saying to call this number or two summons would be issued. Gave a case number, the telephone number to call (this one), said 2 charges in my county for fraudulent activity and a name that means nothing to me. Also said they have SSN, but did not reveal it. Said to ask for Legal Division. Going to ignore this one.

Just received a call from 406-272-7078.? Said that I was being charged with 2 counts of Fraudulent activity and to contact @ a different #. Once I did I called immediately and a woman said hold please, once she come back on the phone I was asked to hold again, and once again after that. 3x's total... I knew then I better look into this number  and it was Exactly what I had Figured a Scam activity.! The company name was unclear I could not undrstand Jamie Something

Just received a call from 406 272-7078 saying that fraud had been attached to my ssn and charges would be filed against me.  The name was garbled and they were very illusive about the nature of the call.  Sounds like a bunch of crap.

I received a message threatening me with two felonies if I dont call this number.  It would not give me any information except to call this number, and talk to someone or be arrested.   What should I do ?????

I received the same phone call from 406-272-7078 this is indeed a fraud number once I gave them my badge number they said they were trying to reach someone else.
