Said that I had magazine in the mail and that I would have to pay for them. Then they hung up on me.

they called me, i tried to cancel. they said i couldnt, so i went off on them. the told me he was coming to my house to beat my a**. well Jason, if u ever read this, come on punk.

I received a call from this number twice. The first I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. The second time I asked and the woman said it was about a magazine order; which I did place about a month ago but she couldn't tell me the names of the magazines and I said well I haven't received them yet anyway, so what is the deal. She asked what my address was, as she told me what my address was. Then, she said she wasn't calling to ask for money but in the same breath she said that I owed some $16. I said I don't think so since I haven't received any magazines and she hung up. I will be closely watching my bank account to make sure they don't have more than my phone number and address.

Didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. It called the house around 9:21 PM which is after all telemarketing calls are to cease at 9PM

Got a call from this number, a woman asked about my subscription and said I should be getting 3 to 5 titles in the next few weeks.  I said, 'No, no I don't.'  She said 'I know that' and hung up.  Can't remember what they said the name of the company was.  I've had this happen before with some other number.

Caller ID says MAGAZINES.  Didn't pick up.

Lady asked me who i was and my address I didn't answer either question and she hung up on me. I reported this number to the police.

they have called my house 3 times and are harrasing us

called me and wanted to tell me that other companies are calling about their customers.  than stated they wanted to know if i wanted to lower my payments.  i told them i didn't know what they were talking about and was confused so they hung up on me

I just got a call from this same number about 20 minutes ago, same thing magazines, but he already had my name address and cc info and wanted to verify it all, of course I am no dummy, he was rude when i asked for it to be canceled and he said no and i asked to speak to a supervisor he again refused then called me a bi***! then he hung up! I called my local PD reported to the FCC and national do not call registry both online, I will be calling the Ohio Attorney General and the violation hotline in the morning.

Received call verifying routine matters and then referred me to a supervisor. He started with a verification as to how his staff handled the call. He then requested my VISA so monthly charges could be covered.  I told him I do not allow ANYONE to automatically charge me account.  Suddenly, he hung up.  Someone should follow up on this crook.

I just got a call a female asked for me to verify my info for sum magazine subscription ... I never wanted magazines or received any she transferred me to her supervisor who was a complete dumb a** and rude a** hell ... I told him I never received them and would like to cancel this subscription he said that I can't cancel. I asked for his supervisor or manager he said that he is the supervisor I said ur full of s*** as a manager u plz ur customers n u not giving me what I want I know there is sumone over u give me ur manger he responds ok and hangs up... I call the number back and it says my number can't be completed as dialed ... I have an iPhone all I do push the number that called me IT'S DEFINATLY A SCAM!!!!!!!'

These people are SCUM and work at a fraudulent company! They wouldn't release any information about their company or last names of  who I was talking to.  Said they had all my information and were rude on the phone. I have asked them 10 times to do not call and have asked to be placed on their do not call list yet they continue to harass me. When I told them I am on the do not call list they said that they will call me right back and rang me three times until I picked up and asked to talk with their supervisor who is named Alan, his call rep Stacy Adams they were both rude and threatening on the phone all over a fake magazine subscription that was canceled a year ago. REPORT THIS NUMBER TO THE FTC!!!

Received call to renew contracts using credit cards. i advised I do not pay under these terms and once I questioned detail on them, they hung-up and would not answer to my call.  Definitely a crook.

Same here as everyone else..... Except I posted a complaint to the attorney general of my state.  I hope everyone does this to shut these people down.   Only other comment is I asked for particulars about the company that called, they asked why and I said I was taking info to report to the attorney general of my state...... Male called for my wife - murdered the pronunciation of her name.  Left no name or return number.  Will call back.  I suspect it is a bill collector.

definately a scam --wanted my experation date of visa card starting with a 4 ---after al this mumbo jumbo about preferred customer etc...

Got several calls recently about some magazine subscriptions and how they wanted to lock me into a monthly price of $13.66. I played along until they transferred me over to a manager and then they wanted me to read my debit/credit card out over the phone. I told them I do not do that as it is unsafe, the young man assured me it was but I told him he was not going to change my mind on that and he got angry with me telling me "He couldn't do his damn job, if stupid people like me were going to prevent him." I told him that I was not sorry, I hope he got fired. Once I got to his manager I had wrote down everything and then told them I was notifying the BBB/Do Not Call Registry.

They have since called back.

Thanks for all the posts on this number.  The guy asked to confirm my visa card that started with the number 4.  I told him all visa cards start with 4.  he got smart with me and i told him i dont even have a visa card  and they all start with 4 as mastercard starts with 5 you dumb a** !! he then hung up on me.   Got a second call tonight.  I messed with her pretty good and she called me an arrogant a***ole.  I laughed and she hung up on me. it is a big scam!!  called back and pushed 1 for them to stop calling.  we will see what happens next.  I am ready to have alot of fun with them which will include a lawyer buddy and a lawsuit.

They call answer the phone quickly hang up they call again do it all over. Pretend you can't hear them tell them to talk louder, sorry I still can't hear you talk louder. Sometimes I read them a list of russian authors it sounds like I am speaking russian, that really messes with their tiny brains. Get creative.

second call i missed calling back it dosent even ring
third call: today: girl asks for me i say this is her she informs me that my magazines will expire i ask her if she realizes that they already tried this scam on me and that I wouldn't fall for it then now or in the future she says i have a subscription with them I say i dont have anything with their company she hangs up

I had a call from them previously and didn't answer. I answered today and the guy on the other line said he wanted to speak with my husband, I asked him who was calling and he told me he was calling to talk to my husband about his Maxim magazine subscription he hasn't been receiving and if he could talk to him he could straighten it out. I told him if he wanted to talk to someone he could talk to me and he asked who I was and I told him his wife. He then said that his visa cc has been being charged every month and I knew this guy was full of BS cause 1) magazines don't charge every month and 2) my husband doesn't have a visa... after I told him my husband doesn't have a visa and that this was BS he hung up on me. My mother and I did a reverse lookup and it was a verizon cell phone from Forsyth, Montana in Rosebud county. We then informed my husband at work (thinking his identity had been stolen) and he called visa, the credit beauru (sp) and verizon...
