THEY CALLED MY CELL PHONE AND DIDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE BUT STRANGE 000 PREFIX

Have received many calls from this number but we never answer because of the 000 prefix.  No message is ever left.

Absolute Scum people. Hung up twice after I asked them not to call us any more.
Also hung up a third time when I asked about fees.
THIS IS A REAL SCAM BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just received a call and pressed "9" and a gentleman answered the phone. I asked him specifically which one of credit cards he was referring too since they identified themselves as "card member services" and didn't mention a specific company name. He replied that they represented all the major credit card companies and that I was getting a call because I have an impeccable payment record and they are offering me a 6.9% interest rate. I again repeated that I wanted to know specifically which card he was talking about and bam, he hung up on me. This is definitely a scam. Funny stuff though. I hope no one actually gets taken by this.

Have been receiving calls from 407-000-8537, 407-000-1639 & 305-000-1639.  They don't leave a message.  Asked for me by name when my wife picked up and wouldn't talk to her.  I am unlisted and on federal do not call registry.

my tenth call this month...finally hit nine and they finally picked up the damn line I asked which card company they worked for and the rude B!!!! hung up on me

They called yesterday.  I said hello and a recorded female voise said she was from cardholder services.  Since they never say which cardholder company, I always hang up.  I believe it's a phishing attempt.

I get one of these calls once or twice a month on average.

Thanks C Man for the advice, I have been getting at least one call each week for the last three months from them, thankfully, my # is on the do not call and has been for several months.  I hope this adds to the complaint list the Do Not Call Registry has to nail these idiots.

"Cardholder services, you hit 9 to lower your interest rate?" she says.  "i did that.   "are you interested in lowering your interest rate Mr... (she had my last name at least).  "No." I said.   "then why did you press nine???"  "I pressed nine so that i could ask you, since there isn't an option, to please take my number off of your call list."   Just like the first time, as soon as these words exited my mouth, she slammed the phone down and hung up..

Just received a call from this #.  Listened to the female computer message about lowering my credit card rate to 6.9%.  I wasn't interested in that, but pressed 9 as instructed and waited so I could ask "Who are you and how did you get this number?" (I'm unlisted, so I know it's computer dialing).  I finally hung up after it rang 6 times with no response.  You would think they'd jump when they thought they had a phish.

Received a call from this number claiming it was "Cardholder Services" and that they could lower the interest rate on "all" of my credit cards to 6.9%.
This sounds like a "phishing" scheme and your best course of action is to hang up.

reveived this call and ignored it and when i called back there was a werid man meggage...dumb!

I just received this call, pushed ignore and did not leave a message. Strange prefix.

I received a call today but did not pick up. Never heard of a prefix 000!
