Selling refinancing by claiming to be your credit card company.  Told rep to take us off their list, he hung up abruptly with no response.

I received the call, listen to the prompt pressed 2 to hear what they had to say.
Man answers asking if i wanted to find out how to lower my percentage rate on my current cards.  
I asked... "How do you know my percentage rate?"
He replied..."Well mam, our rates are the lowest available so if you just verify your social security number for me I can tell you more about our services."
Me:  "What company did you say this is?"
Him:  "I'm (not, we are) Visa / Mastercard Company"
ME:  "Well you called me so tell me what my current rate is on my Master Card (I don't have one)"  
HIM: "First i need you to verify your social security number.
ME:  Can you even tell me who you're talking too - your automated system called me.
HIM:  "*Bleep* some more Bleeps - Ended with F*** B****"  CLICK    

We are on the DNC list. But this scam is sure to get many people.  They need shut down FAST.   I've already reported my call. Please do the same @ the DNC web site

I am on the Do Not Call list and am getting unsolicited calls from this number

The solicitor-rep reached by pressing "9 to reach and operator" identified herself as Rachel from CAPITAL ONE. she snotted me off when I inquired which credit card they were referencing.

These people are trying to sell refinancing and credit by representing themselves as agents of your current creditholders. I have requested my number be removed from their calling base, but have been ignored. The message starts as: "credit services urgently needs you to speak to you about your credit."

I just spoke with an FCC rep who is going to send me a complaint form to complete and submit. The FCC is going to research this information and determine if the "organization" is legitimate or not. When I told the FCC rep the first six numbers of the phone number, they told me that the number isn't even a valid business number. How are these jokers (NOT the FCC mind you) getting through to numbers to call with this being an invalid number? Slick b*****ds.

Ya know, it's funny.....this number or "organization" called again this morning....and when I spoke to some casual sounding fella named Chris (when he answered the call, he said "Yo, this is Chris, who am I speakin' to?" - really professional, yes?) and I told him that I am now calling the FCC because of the harassing nature of these calls. His response was (and this is what troubles me about this call) "The FCC???? If you call the FCC, I will be out of a job!" My response to him was "not my problem, maybe you should get a job with a reputable business then!" I am calling the FCC right now. Standby for an update.

Recevied call today frome this #407-000-9473 pushed 9 to get off call list verry rude and was told "your an a**hole you F***ing B****" and they hung up. Am contacting AG, and BBB and an atorney, am tired of the calls.  Time to get the law after these people!!!

This is a fake service that wants to lower your credit card rates in order to get you identification. Do not talk to them. They were suppose to take me off list and call me all hours of day and night very dangerous. Highly recommend staying away. Me

i just got a call from 407-000-9473 and was told to push 9 to talk to someone i pushed 9 and told them to stop calling this number he got real nasty and even called me a prick if i had him in my hands i would have pounded this s*** out of him all i want is to have them quit the area code is in flordia does anyone no the pre fixes down there i would like to really meet that smart a** in person

This number keeps calling my father who DOES NOT HAVE credit cards.... His number is on the national do not call list. I told him that if they were to call him again, to tell them he was going to report them. I have their number and if they call him again, I will put in a report...

Robocall from this number, same script as above comments.  Pressed 9 to speak with a representative, told him to take us OFF their list, and that we are on the DNC List.  He hung up immediately with no response.

As a follow up, I just called this Accelerated Services and asked (very nicely to see how I was treated) to speak with Sara - you know, the girl's voice mail that I was dumped into when I called and asked to speak to a supervisor? Yes, well, I did end up directly into her VM yet again and her name is Sara Rivers. If you ever get another phone call from this rude Florida number, call AS and ask to speak with her. If her VM gets filled up with enough annoyed callers, maybe they will do something about calling people that don't want their calls!

I just got yet ANOTHER call from this Florida number and I pressed "9" to speak to someone and when "Sammi" answered and I asked to speak to a supervisor, he hung up on me! I cannot believe that anyone would be hung up on - what RUDE business practices. I have asked several times to be placed on the do not call list and when my request went ignored yet again, I called the number for Accelerated Services listed above. I asked to speak to a supervisor and when I had to ask a second time, they dumped me into "Sara"s voice mail. I left a not so pleasant voice mail for her and quite frankly don't care how rude I sounded. If THEY are going to treat others rudely, they shall reap what they sew. I cannot believe these people continue to call and the next time they call, I will contact the FCC and report the number as abuse. Enough is ENOUGH!

This number keeps calling, we have asked them to stop. Today 11/17/2009 they called at 5:30pm and when I got on the phone the guy got smart with me when asked to quite calling.
