It was a prerecorded message by a man saying they wanted to lower my credit card payments or something similar and to call back because of high call volume and leave my number.  Telemarketers obviously!!!

I don't find it amusing at all! I haven't recieved ANY help from you people, all you did was take my money and disconnect your phone, so I couldn't reach you. How do I get a refund

I just got a letter from Barkley saying the credit card they game me is no good. They say a third party cant get you a credit card and they charged me 795.00

John, I find it very amusing that you post this comment; when you sat threw the entire hardship process with us and then decided you would not pay after a service had been provided to you...But no we must have been in the wrong. You understood full well what was going on but refused a charge after thousands of dollars of savings.

I received a call from card member services and wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit card.
The call was a number from N.Y. I thought it was ok. Discussed the process and He stated that if the could save me $2500 on the principal and lower my interest rate.  If it amounted to at least  $2500  they would deduct $750 from this amount and the difference would come off the principal amount. I got a call from Kissimmee, Fl. 407-520-5220 Ladie anmed Brandy. Then I found out that they had taken money out of my cerdit card without my approvel. Now I am going through the hassel of getting it back. They lied to the credit card company and said it was a hard ship. That would close this account and not be able to use it until it was paid off.  I when I found out through the better business bureau they were not in good standing with them I cancelled all but to late they got to me. Be ware!!!

Sapphire Financials is a legitimate company?  Of course only the banks can change your rate but Sapphire does a great job of negotiating your rates down with the creditors.  They got me down from 26% to zero percent for a year and saved me about $8,000.  It was well worth the service and I would reccomend them to anyone with credit card debt!

Sapphire doesn't telemarket anymore! They do help people reduce their interest rates. As fas as our EX employee... when people get fired they have a tendancy to retailate! Especially when they were fired for Fraud....

LIES AND DECEPTION! These people are terrible! I am sure the posting 'in favor' of them is from one of their clever salesreps...bad thing about it is they are right next to a senate office! Not only that, they pay their employees nickels and dimes along with extremely LOOOONG hrs. They are crooks. I know coming from someone that used to work for them!

The company on my statement for the $795.00 was from a company called C&C Management Solutions. I googled them and they are a legitimate business if it is indeed this C&C Managements Solutions company out of Lake Mary, Fla. Perhaps they use them for billing. I did ask the gal as well as the manager at Sapphire to take the fee off of my card as they had not accomplished what they promised which was to lower my debt to a certain dollar amount and I did not want to pursue this any further or go forward with it. They said that they would have it taken off of my card, no problem. We will see, if not the credit card company said they would dispute it and I may file complaint with States Attorney.

Have you had any issues with identity theft that you are aware of or has anyone else that you know of? I have had same experience. Feeling stupid! I hope I haven't created real problems for myself by trusting someone to help me!

I just got the phone call. I was very skeptical because of a problem I previously had with another company. They have my card number but not my expiration date,nor the last 4 numbers of my social security. Am I all right.

When I made that previous mistake, I emailed the Better Business Bureau and told them about it. They had their office in Texas handle my complaint since that is where the company is. It took several phone calls and emails and almost six months, but they were required to refund my money.

they have a new number now, 407 520 5920. they got me yesterday morning. they already had some of my info and sounded really professional, then as i started to get a bad feeling, i did some reasearch just to find out that yes this is some kind of scam!! i had to go to the police and call all my credit card companies up!! this is a nightmare.

Sapphire Financials is a scam to get personal information. Do not give them any info and if you do, call experian, trans union, and equifax to put a freeze on your credit and file a police report.

I received a phone call on Tuesday October 27th @ approx. 9:17 AM PST. Caller ID showed 1-904-863-0217. The call kept breaking up and the woman told me she would call me from her land line which showed as 1-888-881-2838. She asked if I wanted to consolidate my debt and to go to www.sapphirefinancials.com. When my search engine brought up scam after scam reports, I ended her phone call with these words: "So you are a scam afterall and a bunch of criminals..don't call me anymore." She said some expletive while I was hanging up on her. DONT GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFO TO ANYONE AT ANYTIME, ANYWHERE!!! HAVE A GOOD DAY AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL....

My suggestion is to use their email address to sign up for every spam and porn site you can find. We should also bombard the hosting site, hostorlando.com, with complaints and threats to call the FL Attorney General's Office and the Federal Trade Commission for hosting an illegal business. Oh, and let's use Ms. Reyes' phone number, 407-797-0134 to sign her up for all kinds of neat phone calls! :-) See below:
