I just got a call from someone with the same script. I don't know what this is about but It sounds fishy.

I just got the same all threatening legal action. They claimed I owed a payday loan company 860 dollars. I told them this was identity theft and I would be calling the FBI and hung up. Anyone know what this is exactly?

I got the same call...I am concerned because they had my personal information and were saying they were going to proceed to take legal action?

I got the same message and have contacted my attorney. If anyone would like my attorney's information I will be willing to share it. He does not play at all.
