Returning the call i never made, im not enrolled in any benefits programs whatsoever.. and have not used the number they called me on for any prior benefits programs... EVER!


Just another scam by some low-life POS.

Legit return call regarding a question I asked our Benefits Coordinator.   I called them first with my question.  

a little suspicious, I have no 401K or benefits - so why are they calling me?  I'd be on guard if you are going to talk to anyone from this number

It is a legit number. I ignored the number, however they left a message regarding a call I initiated via the toll free.

Just had a phone call from the 407-471-1301 number and my first reaction was to ignore it but decided to answer it anyway. Found that the caller was returning my earlier call that I made - I'm retired Citibank and our Benefits center involves Hewitt. I discovered that the caller was returning an inquiry I made last week and provided the information I had requested. Normally when I call the Citi Benefits Center the number I dial is 800-881-3938 and after providing security information you're connected to someone who assists you. Didn't notice the caller number until I hung or I would have asked why the call wasn;t from the 800 number but am confident that the call was legitimate.

You ain't getting s*** outta me...send it first class mail if you got a questions about my 401K or anything else like that. Complete with a company address on your company letter head with appropriate phone numbers. Otherwise, take a long walk off a short pier.  Never give out sensitive information like that over the phone to an unseen or unknown person.

I answered it and it was legit.

Calls from people I didnt give permission to have my number.

Actually a legit call from Aon Hewett regarding being on family leave. When you call back it does not accept calls, though, had to go back to my benefits dept.

Call was from Northrup Grumman... I requested info on my retirement benefits and they were returning my call...

This is a legitimate number. Call to me was not unsolicited. Called me back in response to a problem I had with my healthcare benefits.

yeah, please keep going "Benefits"! First of all, we DO NOT ASK OR EXPECT PIN OR PASSWORDS!!! Obviously, you are part of the group that is trying to scam people into giving up their pin numbers and passwords. Good try, but go fu^k yourself. Scammer!

This is a company that manages benefits for Home Depot! This is not quite the number but close - off by one digit if you read benefits booklet.  When you call back you get music then a voice message that says it's your benefits administrator. Then you get another message that says the number is a non-working number.  Govern yourselves accordingly and protect your info.  They would not ask for your password over the phone.

It's actually Randstad (staffing agency) calling on behalf of Aon Hewitt. If they call you it's because at some point you created a profile with them requesting assistance with locating a job and Aon Hewitt is looking to fill a position or positions. You can't call that number back, but you can contact the staffing agency @ (407)471-1613.

The caller works for Hewitt Associates, a company that manages COBRA plans, among other things.

just received a call from this number. It is a scam. Individual wanted my log in password for my 401K. BEWARE!!!!!

John Doe's right.  It's Aon Hewitt.  My girlfriend just called from (and works) there.

Does any one actually check the facts before they post some of this stuff.  This is a general number from the call center for benefits through hunderds of companies.  For me it was a question about insurance that I initiated the day before.  They also do 401k, medical, legal...

People, know what you are posting before you type up just any bogus stuff in your head.  These people only call after you called them with a question first.  They are returning your call!

Agreed. Hewitt is a company that administers my retirement benefits. I would imagine that they have contracts with several companies.

I got a call from this number.  It was my benefits administrator for my work.  They are a private company that administers benefits for businesses.

I think the name of the company is Hewitt.

They are in the Orlando, FL, area.

I received several missed calls from them and after looking it up here decided to answer.  It is my health savings acct administrator.  Calling to inform us they were auditing a YSA card transaction.  I called the HSA comany back myself and they verified that it was them and took care of the issue.  Definitely answer it.

Its the main # for Hewitts Orlando office and it is legitimate.  You just cant call it back.  If they are asking you for info it is because they need to verify your identity just like any bank, cable comp, etc. does when you speak with them.

spoke wit  someone named johnny. still does not have a RESOLUTION ON MY BENEFITS. HIMSELF OR ROBIN WILL CALL BACK BY THURSDAY TO UPDATE

it is a third party admin who handles benefits also for a Insurance Company named Unum - was legitimate.
