They called twice before I answered. A real person, not computer, Valle to congratulate me on my new home purchase and wanted to see how we were settling in. I believe she said from Sun coast bank. I told her we were on the do not call list and to not call again or I would report them. 10 am the next morning they called again. I didn't answer and they left no message.

calls and hangs up and when I call back  immediately it just rings

Someone from this number has called 3 three times this morning and its only 9:30. Nobody speaks when I answer.

They are wanting money. to sell me something

This guy "arnie somebody" called 7 times yesterday & never once left a message! good luck to him as i don't plan on answering the calls - but they are annoying!

These people call several times a day to "welcome [my] family into [our] new home/house".

That's awesome.. except I live in an apartment.  We've been in our current apartment for 3 years and the previous apartment for 13.  

It's always the same number on the call log, but the caller identifies herself (always a female) with various companies; a financial company, a water and power company, a different power company, an insurance company (one I've never heard of), and so on.
