After not answering the calls for weeks on both my cell and home phone (I don't know anyone in FL), I finally received a voicemail regarding the purpose of the call. When I called, I learned it was a collection call, but thankfully, it did not pertain to me.

I called it back. I got a live person. They said it was in regards to a debt consolidation company that I hired in 2011. I did hire that co. I paid 895.00. They never did a thing for me and I was told the total fee was 895.00 now they say I owe another 358.00 for services renderd. They never did anything. Now I have to go back in my records to fight this.

Received a call today. The left no message. I called back I heard a weird sound and a woman picked up. I hung up. Sounds like a scam to me.

message says that person calling is Tom Davis representing Stowitz and Assoc. Said urgent need for me or my attorney to call him back regarding civil matter in their office. Have not answered or called back.

received call today about 4:15pm... I punched 1 and got a live person, she asked for my name.... I'm not interested in giving you my name. You called me an indicated it was concerning a civil dispute, so if that's the case you should know my name. She then said I see that this number is connected with the name of "..... " it was a name I've never heard of. She actually apologized for calling.

The caller ID I get says Civil Dipute. Have called a few times, leaves no message. I don't answer.

Received calls yesterday and today, caller id was "Civil Dispute" with instructions to press #1 if you would like more information about this matter. Seemed like a phishing for info call...I didn't answer and suggest you don't either.

The caller ID says "Civil Dispute". That is also what the recording is about when I answered it, but no name was given and I was instructed to press 1 for more information. I just hung up and haven't answered their calls again.
