I also have received the same story,  Things have changed, however.  Now Mr. Rick Bell with First Financial Group has a buyer for my timeshare for $22,500. First Financial Group has no record of Mr. Bell being part of their organization and they have had several calls inquiring about Mr. Bell.  So my action from his phone call to sell my timeshare was to fill out the contract and pay $2287.64 for Filing fees, Tansfer fees, Title insurance and documentation perparation. The Contract was to be handled by GRCSE, a company in Nashville, TN who seem to be legitimate. . The number I was given to contact Mr. Bell is 407-501-9992. I wasn't in a position to part with up-front cash on the basis of a phone call and some emails.  Hmmmm. Glad I did some searching on 800notes.com.

I feel like such a fool seeing all your comments. Its too late for me - I too have sent money and am checking my mail box daily for my cheque. I will report them to the Att. Gen's Office. In addition to the names you listed, I spoke to a very "sweet" Kimberly Adams whose father had become terribly ill just 3 days after receiving my cheque so she had to be gone for weeks.(I guess they both died as she never returned)

I too fell for it.  And so embarrassed and upset with myself for spending money I could have put to better use.  I sent them $2400.  The phone numbers are all turned off.  877-874-4613, 321-354-8668, Robert Powers, Jack Bruce and Christopher Adamson were the names of the guys I spoke to.  I will also report them to BBB and Florida Atty Gen Office.

Shelton,

Good thing you didn't sign up with them. THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM! I received a call from a Richard Powers claiming that he had a buyer on my timeshare. He asked me to over night them a certified cashiers check. Red flag! Right then and there I knew they were a scam. Overnight a check. They don't accept credit cards. REPORT THEM TO THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. They can shut them down and stop these morons from scamming any other hard working individuals.
FYI the BBB is a for profit org. and you have to pay a big chunk of $ to be accredited by them.

I received this call from a David Fields and he rattled on about how they had a buyer to buy my timeshare for $25,000 if I would give them an up-front processing fee check for $2,498. My scam lights went on! I contacted the Orlando Better Business Bureau, waiting for a call back. I am unable to believe these guys who only have been in business since 12/2009.

I do not have FOOL written over my face!

I also have received a phone call from Gerald Sullivan with International Pardigm Marketing. He says they can rent my unit (RCI points) for $2,500 for a convention coming to Orlanda on May 16, 2010. I asked for a referral and talked with a guy in Colorado who says he did the rental 8 months ago and received a check just as they said they would do. Everything according to the guy in Colorado was legitimate. I did ask for and received a sample copy of the contract and it states they guarantee full refund if my unit is not rented or sold in one year. The fee they are asking for is $590.00 for advertising, title search, and estoppel letter.

My scam radar is up on any kind of upfront fee but this sounds like it could be legitimate. Do you have any further information to determine if this company is legitimate or just scamming for the upfront fee?
My e-mail address is bullochg@bellsouth.net.

Any comments you have would be appreciated for I need to make a decision soon.
Thanks,
Gary Bulloch

My first call came on March 16th.  The man said his name was Richard Powers.  I have had 13 calls from 6 different numbers.

877-874-4613 ext. 228 (1 call)
407-656-2765 (2 calls)
407-656-3580 (2calls)
407-215-9933 (1call)
407-656-4149 (6calls)
407-656-3648 (1call)

I was told that they have been in business for 2 years.  I was quoted $399,$549,$474, 100% money back guarantee after 12 months, $75 not refundable, $399 comes back to you at closing.  So glad that I kept questioning my decision to go with these guy's.  Thanks to this website I saved my money.

I just got a call from the same number, and he presented himself as Danny Brooks of

internationalparadigmmarketing.com

Same kind of offer, was interested in renting/selling my timeshare for me.

They do have a website, as I listed, and I found in the Orlando Sentinel a business license listing for January 2010, so obviously new. ( this is written on March 10, 2010)

He sent me a sample contract. I am trying to find out if he is legit or a scammer. At least he has a business license.

I recieved a call from a gentleman named Jack Bruce sounding like a broken record saying he had a buyer for my timeshare and only needed me to register the property first and pay an upfront fee. After doing a little more research I was able to conclude they are just another company out there trying to scam me for some money. They are not with the BBB. They are not licensed in the state to practice real estate and have little if no information on file that states they  exist or rent or sell anything. If someone has heard of them and knows any different please contact me Joe_palaggio@gmail. Your help is greatly appreciated!
