Here are the plan folks, give the information to the solicitor to get them to come out and meet you. When they show up mace them down take a bat and give them a few whacks. And make them reach in their pocket and pay you for your time. Then mace and hit them some more, oh don't forget to copy their ID and address so you can get them again at their home if needed.
Now why they are laying there on the ground, call the police to arrest them for attempted home invasion. And why you are waiting whacks them again and gives them another shot of mace in the face just in case they did not get the message, and tell them to bring the message back to the others.
Pricks like those people have NO RESPECT FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY so you should have none for them. See if you can get the address on who they hired to send the faxes, we will all rent a buss so we can go kick there a** as a group effort. CAN YOU HEAR US NOW MY GOVERMENT WHO we PAY TAXES TO PROTECT US FROM JERKS, STOP THEM OR WE WILL. THEN WE should stop PAYING, NO PHONE BILL MONTH where we pay no phone bills for 2 months or longer until the phone company agrees to police the services they charge us for. If they are the landlord of the phone lines and we rent the phone lines then they need to provide some level of privacy and peace. Also no vote for me recordings from political folks what the heck is up with that bull crap. Good Luck All!
Ps: the method worked for me in the past so I am going to do it again. If you need assistance we have folks throughout the USA and Canada that will kick a** for a small fee. What’s neat is that the companies have been warned to stop and they do not share the information with the person who gets mace down. By their failure to disclose this puts them liable, great huh!

A company called the, Energy Conservation Group has been harassing my family for several weeks now with Pre-Recorded phone messages from different phone lines.  Using ?Robo-Call? techniques, (pre-recorded messages and automated dialing machines) for telemarketing is illegal in the state of Florida.  They are breaking the law and making families miserable.  Please help me take action to stop these criminals.  If you are getting these calls; please, don?t just sit there and take it.  Take action and be heard.  No government agencies will act until enough people complain.

*  Note.  Make sure you clearly identify in each complaint that they are contacting you, ?illegally using Pre-Recorded messages?.

1.  Contact the Florida Division of Consumer Services and file a formal complaint.

You do not need to be on the Florida Do-Not-Call List to file the complaint.  You will need the phone numbers the Energy Conservation Group used to call you.  File a separate complaint against each phone number they used.

2.  Contact the Florida Attorney General?s office and file a formal complaint.  The Attorney General?s office informed me that the State of Florida will not take legal action until enough citizens complain.  As of 2 June 2010, they had 11 complaints against this company.

These are bad people, please report them.  They want access to you and your home.  They will not provide you with a return phone number or address.  They will not tell you of their real intent on gaining access to your home.

-  They are not associated with the Florida Department of Energy, the Governor?s Energy Office or any government agency.

They have been calling me 3 times a day for 2 months. My number is registered with the do not call registry. I have called the FCC about them, my phone company, channel 10 news, no one will help. These b*****ds have a free rein of terror. May they burn in hell forever. Someone help!

The calls started 5/19/10, 5/22 asked to be on the do not call list and the woman argued why didn't I want to save money and "Helen" hung up. 5/24 called three time from 8p.m. to 8:46 p.m.5/25 called four times and asked again to be put on their do not call list 5/26 called 1:01 p.m. and 8:15 pm and 5/27 at 1p.m. and again at 3:42 pm.  The other number is 407-371-1196

 I am ready to get the news and an attorney involved.

The so called "Energy Conservation Group" reprehensive made a statement to me that would not stop calling unless they were able to come to my home and do the inspection. They have some nerve making a statement like that. So I said OK go ahead come out, however never they showed up or kept going when they seen the police outside waiting for them.

FYI: the Police Department said the phone number is a cell phone "407-731-2648".

This tells me there not a legit company and most likely scammers.

Help Stop them by filling a compliant with local Police and State Attorney.

Called numerous times & hung up - no message left.  Called it back and says leave message and then voice mail is full.  I am also on do not call list & reporting to FCC.  Until I got caller id I had no idea how many of these nuisance calls there were.   Now I know why my previous answering machines burned up.  Wish I knew name of company because I am from 407 area code & I'd pay them a little visit.

rec'd ridiculous amount of calls from these nuisance people - on cell phone - (on Do Not Call list). "Please do not hang up...."  Today, I actually listed to the msg, looking for company name or removal. Energy conservation group.  At end of msg, pressing 2 is "supposed to" remove from list.  Let's hope so. (Insert your choice of expletives here!)  Very tired of these calls wasting my time & cell minutes!

Agree to have them come out, when they show up call the police and do a harrasment complaint. Get the police department to give you there info and post it all over the internet for other people like us tired of the b***s***.

I have received 1-4 calls on a daily basis for over a month.

We should ban together and do a Class action suite against the phone company's. We would win, they need to police there phone lines not us. We pay to rent the use the service of the phone line, we should be intitled to some peace. If we paid rent for anything elese and was distirbed half as much we would get are money back and they would be held accountable. Enough of the Bull S***.

This has come three times to my cell phone number, which I have put on the "Do Not Call" list.  It begins by saying "Please do not hang up, this is a public service announcement" -- but then, of course, I hang up.

Some kind of "energy conservation" company touting reports that you can get $3900.00 in government credits for becoming more conservative in your energy use. Located in central Florida, would not give physical location for security reasons. Called my place of business 3 times 5/19/10. On 3rd call I asked to be removed from call list and was assured I would be. Then they called again today.

Called my business numerous times.  Won't speak after my introduction.  Won't hang-up?
