I keep getting calls from Rachel at Cardholder Svcs....how do you stop this? I'm on the do not call registry, but she still calls!

This company, Cardholder Services, has constantly called me over the course of the last few weeks.  They continue to call me.  

If they don't stop soon, I will take some action about this.

I also keep getting calls to reduce my credit card rates. I am glad I have caller ID and an answering machine. I just don't answer the phone. Most of their message gets cut off by the answering machine message. Today was the first call from Windsor at Sabl. The caller ID usually shows an unintelligible number when I get these calls. Like most of you -- I am on the "Do Not Call" list .... WHAT A JOKE!

Hit voicemail, message said something about lowering credit card rates.  My number is on Do Not Call list.

Please someone STOP "Rachel at Cardholder Services" .... the _itch calls several times a month from different phone numbers such as "Windsor at Sabl 407-788-8888" or "Bay Martin 440-871-" these recorded calls about you saving money with your credit cards or something ... I never let the call finish. I have seen plenty complaints about these people but the telephone companies claim they are not breaking any laws even though I'm on the do not call list. Just get me a name, number, address, and I'll  what can be done with these peace breakers

I received a call just now from this number.  I hung up after I heard the recorded message.  Why don't these stupid people stop calling everyone?  No one is interested.  Next time they call me I will report them to someone.

I just got my 4th call in a month.  Same message.  Different caller ID number.  This time it came back to what looks like a retirement community in Florida.  These scammers have been calling me on and off for years.  Four calls in a month is a new record.  I have filed a Do Not Call complaint following each and every call, but they just keep calling.  Another impressive example of your federal government at work.

I got a call from this number today.  I did not answer but googled the number to learn what they're doing.  Obviously the "Do Not Call" complaints are not investigated.

I got a call with the same caller ID, but They said something about lowering credit card bills.  Yeahhhhh, Right, I'm not stupid enough to fall for their scam.  I'm on the National Do Not Call List, some joke that is; as I think it's being used so they can call people.

I too am getting sick of "Rachel from Cardholder Services".  I've had tons of calls with this recording, and this is my second with "Windsor at Sabl" coming up.  I'm not surprised the number leads to a real company that isn't making the calls.  I've called back the numbers before and gotten a disconnect notice.  They are somehow masking the number and as with the rest of you--reporting to the Do Not Call List (which I did again 5 minutes ago because of this annoying call) does nothing.

I had a similar recording call that was going before this.  Finally I hit the button to talk to a person and I said I'd had about 10 calls (and I was actually being very polite, not rude at all) saying it was the last call and they keep calling so I'd like to be removed.  She told me that with my attitude I'd be getting lots more and she hung up on me.  

What's sad is these scammers probably get some people to give them private information which they probably use to steal their identities.  No valid company is making illegal calls from fake numbers.  What doesn't make sense though, even at that, is why they call the same house 10 times.  If I'm not stupid enough to do it the first time, why repeat?

they are driving me crazy!  i think i will take the advise and just ask them to hold and just put the phone down.

This is another one of those recorded messages from those scammers who want to help me reduce my interest rate. The answering machine answered before I got to the phone, so I don't know much of their pitch beyond that. The phone number that showed up on caller ID was for "WINDSOR AT SABL," whom I suspect are victims in all of this too.

I keep wasting there time.  I too keep getting about 6 calls a week from these scammers.  I get a live person on line and say I need to speak with you, please wait.  I wait 2 minutes and say still there? Plese wait, I do this for about 10 minutes and they wait.  Then I say, did I waste your time by asking you to wait?  They say no.  I say, you wasted mine and I will do this every time some scum from your company calls my phones.  It stopped for 6 months and now started again, but . . .

Googled it and found "clubside at sabal point condos", some sort of condo opportunity.

Received another "Rachel at Cardholder Svcs" call from a different number (see Above). I hung up and didn't listen to any more of this stupidity--obviously, from some nut able to create random computer generated nuisance calls from Fla.
This is about the 20th call I've received from these nut jobs! The different number surprised me though...
Each time, I report it to the Do Not Call registry and nothing seems to happen!
I guess this is just another of the benefits from modern tech, HA!
