Brighthouse calling, presumably to confirm my service appt tomorrow but got 15 seconds of silence and then hold Brighthouse hold music before hanging up.

Brighthouse keep calling asking for a "Mr. Stubble". There was a guy of that name who lived here before us. I keep telling them this, but they simply wont listen and accuse me of lying and keep calling. They also said they will take my property away from me and one of the callers, called "Rory Heindrick", threatened to vandalise my home if I didn't pay.
Absolutely atrocious.
