Called at 8:15 (10:15 EDT) and asked for someone who does not live here, then wants to know what number they called. Was a real jerk when told he has wrong number and should know what number he dialed.

I received a call from a caller from Sunrise Enterprises and he sadi they own different holiday beaches and are offering holiday packages online through their website. He told me that i had paid $995 dollars the last two weeks for a package and that he will send me information and all details on the post to my home address,i told him that i dont know about any payments that i have made in the past and actually am not interested in holidays. Then he said i will send you the package that you paid for anyway and if you dont like it then you contact him on his number directly. He said he would then keep the package for the next 18months and i would still use it anytime i would like.
What puzzled me about this guy is that he has all my address details in the UK and he was calling from Orlando with a slow heavy american accent. He declined to give me the bank name that i paid through and said he will get details and send them with the package. His phone number displayed on my mobile was +4079821133.
Does anybody know who the guys are?

got a call from this number yesterday, 4/30/10 and was told they were the Florida Travel Bureau or something like that. The woman on the line claimed I paid for a vacation package at $798.00 18 months ago, she had my name and address and said that I paid for it on my Visa card and gave me a partial number for that card, she then gave me an email address I haven't had for at least 7 years. She offered me a new package that I would be able to use anytime in 3 years and that I would get a credit of $798.00 of this new vacation package. When I asked for proof of my having paid for this vacation because I do not have a Visa card and haven't for several years, she said that customer service would have that proof but refused to give me a number. She then told me she would call me back on Monday 5/3/10 with the proof I required. After I hung up, I called the number back and was routed to someone who answered under a different business name.

Tonight, 20th may 2010 21:37 GMT time I received a call from this number, the caller did not identify himself but then went on to state I had booked a holiday to Miami- Florida. I interrupted him and explained he had an incorrect number and that I was in England and he responded with "oh s**t" and hung up.

SCAM!!!!!!!! Don't give these people your credit card or any number. Don't give them your home address. They have your old info from years ago and are targeting UK residents who have already visited area's in the USA. My ex-husband who lives in England was almost taken in by these clowns. They are very aggressive with their approach and insist you either won the vacation or part paid for it many years previous. Don't keep them on the phone!

Just as everyone above said.... I was called about a vacation my deceased father supposely paid for in the amount of 1100.00 us dollars.. The caller Amersilya Marcano (407-982-1133) asked that I take advantage of this offer which expires today. I could keep this offer active if I gave her 498.00 us dollars over the phone.
I explained to her that I didn't recall my father ever mentioning a newly planned vacation to the Florida area. She insisted he'd already paid for this vacation and gave me the first four digits of a mastercard. Thats when all the red flags start going up. You see I am a vacation planner with WPM & Russ Brown Corp. This was definitely cold calling from a call center that is scamming anyone who has had a email account with AOL or anyone who has traveled to the greater FL area recently.
Please be advised, should any company with various shelds of names, phone numbers, email domains, and aggressive sales tactics call don't give them any information. Note any names giving to you instead, time of call, the amount of dollars requested, and more importantly the callers phone number.
I have forwarded my concerns to the BBB. By the way I told the caller to sale crazy someplace else, because I'm all stocked up over here!! Good luck!

received a call from this phone number 2 days in a row asking for "Josh" and or "John" ( I think those were the names they gave me.). Both times this person (could be 2 different persons) called aroud the same timeframe 2 days in a row. Who are these people or company? Are they out for a scam? Would like to have them not call my phone number anymore.

Call from this number came in on one of the work lines that I answer. Answered as I always do, identifying myself, the department and the organization that I work for. Male caller, did not identify himself or who he was affiliated with asked, "Is this a business?" I reiterated the department and company name and he hung up without another word.
