Called at 4pm on a Saturday, I happened to pick up and it was silent for several seconds before hanging up. Pointless!

Just got a call, answered thinking it was work, and there was no answer on the other end. Today is October 26th,

I just sent them a text asking who they are. No response.

Called left no message.

getting repeated calls from 408-372-7416. Calls daily, no one on the line, no recording. I hang up and it rings back again immediately! I am elderly and retired and it is frightening.

Number called me but I didnt answer and they did not leave message.

called twice, once to work number, once to cell phone, never left a message

Call 4-5 times a day. Leave no message and no response if answer the call. Going to to file complaint

As the communications coordinator for Working Partnerships USA, a nonprofit in San Jose, California that builds partnerships with community, labor and faith groups to improve the lives of working families in Silicon Valley, let me say we are sorry that people have been inconvenienced by calls from this number.

This number does not belong to us, and we have contacted AT&T about the misuse of our name in connection with these calls.

Members of our staff have also received calls from this number and I have called it myself, getting an answering machine.

When we get more information from the phone company about this number, we will post it on this bulletin board.

I got this call, and tried to call back. There was machine answered.

8:30 appeared to be inviting me to an event at the Fairmont for women

I just got this strange call.
I don't know this guy.

My brother says a lady asks for me but doesn't leave a message. Dirty talk sounds fun!

You can call your service provider and they will block the number for you and they can no longer call you

I've been recieving calls the last few days from this number. I don't anwser numbers I don't kno. I don't call back if I don't leave me a message saying who u are.

Call me every day and very impolite.....

Today is Wednesday, June 1, 2011 and at 6:07 pm., our phone rang and the call was f rom this number. No one was on the other end, and just hang up. I tried to call back the number and it was a recorded message that says it is from WORKING PARTNERSHIP USA.  

How do we prevent whoever this people are calling us and just hanging up?  Thank you.

They are calling with a poll regarding the economy and checking your sympathies as to organized labor and the concept of "fair and prevailing wages."

It is a line of questioning that eventually gets to whether you support organized labor, specifically unionized government employees. I am a right-to-work advocate and I treated this as I do all illegal and unsolicited phone calls (I am on the federal do not call list, this was not a protected campaign call):

I asked the young woman to engage in a hot, masturbation based conversation, starting with asking her to describe her body (Are your nipples large, or small? I just got a call tonight its 2011 in May and looks like calls still coming from this number.

your right...they called me twice didn't answer..they left no message..i txted back nothing..so I looked it up, and I called private and exactly what you wrote is what I heard.

receive calls daily from 408-372-7416. No msg is ever left but I did manage to call back and learned they are a group called Working Partnerships USA.
This outfil continues to call and when I answer the phone, there is dead silence.

This is John Laird's campaigner. We told them 4 weeks ago to stop calling and take us off of their list. They've called 10 times since, and each time we've very politely asked them to stop calling.

Tonight, I told the guy that I'm tired of telling them to stop calling, and he told me "You haven't posted your ballot yet, we'll keep calling until you do..."  To which I told him I'm switching my vote to AGAINST John Laird.

SO! I called and left a voicemail.  It doesn't matter WHAT you want THEM to vote for, I encourage everyone here to call that number and tell them to VOTE your way.

Called asking for a person in my family, but when I asked if want to leave a message, another line say 'no thank you and hang up'
