Why don't you pay your bills and give Rent-A-Center back all of their merchandise that you stole and maybe they will stop calling you! They aren't harassing you, they want their money!

i dnt know about the above msgs but these guys sued me to the Californian state court for not payin back the payday loan debt...previously i ignored there msgs bt when i got some local sheriffs right in front of my door steps with my arrest warrant i was shocked...
these guys F*&%$## my life...i was said to return 634$ bt as soon as i lost my case in the courthouse i was charged for another 3500$...
now i lost my job i have no money left in my bank account my life is a complete hell now...f@#&$*ing attorneys..

I get calls at home and at work for this guy, Dave Johnson.

I keep getting unwanted calls from this number stating I am being sued and owe money for some unknown payday advance.  I know nothing about this and have told them to quit calling.  They try to be very intimidating on the phone in hopes that the person they call will give them information to get money.

SCAMel Jockeys calling, running the same old tired, worn out, indian PDL scam.  Its lost its luster to me...I wish they would change their script or something because I cant even find humor in the "names" they use now.  They just bore me now....blah.

I am harrased by a guy, named Mark Johnson  who calls me every now and then by threatening voice.and trying to scam me!

This number calls and never leaves a message.

I have received a total of 5 calls from this phone number regarding a legal matter by a "Roy" I had asked Roy to fax something in black and white so that I could have my attorney review.  Instead said he'd email which he did send me a scam documents according to them I had a payday loan with Cash Net USA, CA which I called to see what this was all about, but they didnt know what I was referring to cause they had no record of my email address on file.  The thing that is alarming is on the documents emailed to me there was my bank name along with routing number and account number.

Got a voice message about legal action, etc. etc., and called back. An Indian man who is obviously not named Mark Richardson answered the phone as "Mark Richardson". He asked what number he had called me at and I told him. He then asked if I was [a name] that cannot be confused for me. I said no, my name is Steve (no last name), and the guy actually apologized for bothering me.

Seems like they can't even run their scam right. Will be interesting to see if I get a call back. That might be the time for me to wax about my years investigating fraud and identity theft...

Received a v-mail from the same Indian dude that barely spoke english - saying his name was David Scott and I would be sorry if I didnt' call him back.  I sensed a scam immediately but was curious what they were trying to acheive, so I called back.
Talked to a woman who also barely spoke english - when I asked what she was talking about and told her I couldn't understand her she started to get irritated.  She then put my on hold and picked up a second later - now saying she was the supervisor.  WTF ??  She knew my address and asked for the last 4 of my SSN
So I told her she would have to have a better understanding of the english language to pull off a scam ... then she went off talking about stupid nigerians or something and hung up on ME !
So I called back - same lady answered and told me she hung up on me because I was unwilling to verify information (DUH)  then told ME not to call anymore - LOL
They called me again today and hung up when I answered - so I blocked my number *67 and called them back twice and played them a song until they hung up again.
Then I signed them up for Health Insurance ... they are sure to get a million junk calls from that -
What else can I sign this loser up for ?

How is this legal for these places to get address and last 4 of your SSN ??

Received calls at home and at work from this number.  East Indian accent person saying he is Mark Johnson.  Tells me I owe $489.00 and that a lawsuit is being filed against my social security number.   Of course he doesn't give the name of the entity I supposedly own.  (I am a lawyer, so I know there is no such way to file a lawsuit BTW)  I am annoyed, but don't know how they got my name and numbers?  I appreciate this website because now that I can simply check the phone number, I don't waste my time trying to figure out if these calls are somehow legit.

I get these calls from these numb nuts all the time. I have learned not to answer and just laugh at the messages (and save them for later laughs).  They tell me I owe money on a loan I never paid, a payday loan at that.  Little did he know that I do watch the news and know that payday loans in Arizona were illegal as of July 2010.  I asked for paperwork and documentation of the original debt, which he said he was not at liberty to provide (which means I was denied due process).  Long story short, I called him and told him to shove it.  He said the police would be at my house with an arrest warrant.  I told him I would also be there with my AK-47 waiting.

They called me repeatedly today and then when I would answer they would say nothing. I called them back and finally got someone on the phone. He told me I was going to spend cold hard time in jail for a loan (that of course I never took out) I didn't pay back. When he said I was going to jail I started laughing and that's when he told me to "shut my f&@$&ng mouth you f&@$&ng b&tch" Needless to say he enraged me at 9:25 in the morning. Not happy. Had he just hung up on me I would have let it go, whatever scammer, but with his language I honestly want to repot him. Anyone know who I should report it to?

Got a call -  the guy gave me this number said he was from American Legal Processing gave me a case number - It was obvious he was reading from a script - I asked him for his company address - he said he was not legaly obligated to give it to me because it was a government address (what government) He asked me what I wanted to do about this and I told him to send me copies of the orginal debt (which thier is none) he called me a stupid Lady and I hung up.

I got the same message on my voicemail saying that they were going to be at my house and they were suing me!

I got another call from these idiots................so I called the number back and all I get is a stupid message saying "leave a message after the beep" it is a cell number obviously!!

Received call about investigation department and I would be prosectuted if  I didn't return his call

Yah he guy left a vm on my cell phone saying he was from the law and investigation department and if I didnt call him back immediately I would be legally prosecuted and it was very  important I call him back at 408-465-4144. I just laugh b/c I get so many of these calls.
